For a long time the night cook has been putting out empty burritos or super old gross beans, so I figured going during the day (noon) would fare better. Nope, got a cheese burrito instead of a bean and cheese. This is the fourth time they've ruined food I've paid for, it's been garbage food for about 6 months out of this place.

I ordered birria ramen and birria taco, and I didn’t find out they didn’t have birria until I called to ask them to make my birria spicy. I got a carne asada burrito with sour cream, cheese, and guacamole, and hard chicken taco instead. The carne asada in the burrito was a tad pink, and the burrito was soggy inside, with what looked like white gravy (not sour cream), and tasted “off”. I couldn’t finish it, barely at 1/4 of it. I moved on to the taco, and the chicken was even more pink. Also, the tacos were soaked in whatever juice was in the container, so hard tacos is not what I received.

Had some birria super nachos, and they were cold and soaked in juice, all the chips were mush. The nachos were tortilla soup. Had to eat it with a fork, threw the last quarter of it away , was all soup and mush. Nachos are supposed to be crunchy and you eat with the chip as a scoop. Thats the whole point of nachos. The birria was warm but barely. Guys please, drain the meat juice before adding to the nachos, microwave the whole dish together to melt the cheese. A little bit of juice is ok to add flavor, but to have over a inch of juice in the bottom soaking into all the chips is way too much.
From other reviews sounds like this is a consistent issue. The employees seem nice, the place is clean, and the food could be really good if they would just listen to their customers. I noticed the taco place next door is pretty busy. Gonna have to check them out. Oh and a last detail, definitely gave me some serious bathroom visits afterwards, 5 times in the last two hrs. Its 9 am rn. So i highly doubt they are using proper food handling or prep stock rotation.

This was my favorite place to get a late night carne asada fries after work.

Last night, the whole meal was cold and the fries were soggy.

Tried to call them up. No answer.

Drove back through the drive thru, they remade my order and told me it was fresh frozen fries(lie, cause they weren't fresh. Gave me a free drink.

The replacement meal wasn't much better. Only the center of the food was hot. Rest of it was cold. Fries were a tad better.

On 4/6 - I got the same meal and the meat was super greasy.

I've lost interest in going here, I tried to get them to fix it. Was a waste of my time. Only ate a few bites and then gave both meals to my friends dog the next day.

The picture of the close up, is with out me eating anything and mixing it up cause I open it up and half the fries had nothing on it.

$22 for a burrito and chile rellonos they were sauggy and covered in water not traditional would have rather had taco bell

Ordered a Bean and Cheese burrito and an Arizona burrito. The Arizona burrito was tasty, but it was really skimpy on ingredients for a 10$ burrito; I would have expected more. The Bean and Cheese one was downright foul. The beans tasted off, like they were burnt, and left a taste in the mouth like cigarette ash. Ended up throwing most of it away. Strongly recommend against this place.

Used to really like this place, but quality has really dipped in the last couple months. I used to go every Tuesday and Saturday for a quick bite and randomly for breakfast burritos. They stopped cutting the quesadillas, the prices have been rising and the food has been tasting worse. Had a bean burrito that was so disgusting i couldnt finish it - tasted like i was licking an ashtray.

Sorry Riliburtos, I dont think i can trust you to come back.

Aside from all the other recently bad reviews... my first experience was good and I'm surprised to see it was a 3.5 star place. I feel like a lot of people tend to make a review when it's bad . But my carne asada fries weren't soggy like another person's review (they probably had a bad batch?) And my partners Birria combo meal was SO delicious. I'd go again 10/10 for me ! - I didn't take pictures unfortunately...
