Here for a meeting, the environment gave off a holier than thou atmosphere, which was slightly annoying. Staff was selective with interaction. It's not a place I would choose, once was more than enough experience one not likely or would want to repeat..

I've had the pleasure of attending numerous events here since I was a child, and I've witnessed firsthand its transformation into the versatile and sustainable venue it is today.

From weddings and corporate meetings to military events and family reunions, Richmond Hill City Center has proven itself to be a versatile and reliable host. Its LEED certification, achieved in 2010, sets it apart as a leader in energy efficiency and environmental design.

I vividly remember watching the construction process as a child, eagerly anticipating the unveiling of this exciting new space. Richmond Hill City Center stands out as a premier choice for hosting classic events. We had the pleasure of celebrating my husband's birthday there, where the ambiance, stunning photo opportunities, and spaciousness were universally loved. The hall itself was nothing short of spectacular.

Love the jf Gregory park but something needs to be done about the parking on Sundays. There is a church in session and patrons fill the trail parking and about 90% of the parking in the park in general so people wanting to use the trail / park
have no parking. Also this is forcing people to park on the grass causing damage to the park. Hopefully the city will do something soon to fix this issue.

Excellent staff and beautiful facility! Never knew these gem existed until this event I was invited to. The parking lot needs better lighting. The food tasted good, but I ended up very ill afterwards. I never brought that up to management or the host of the event.

We had our wedding of about 150 people (adults & kids) and I am so happy with how it all came about! I wasn’t able to decorate due to another event taking place before my wedding but because of Caitlin’s organization in giving me a floor plan and telling me exactly where everything would be I was able to make a plan with my Aunts who decorated. The end results was stunning! I loved it! The food was delicious. I appreciated the cheaper kids meal option for the kids and the adults all loved the steak! The bar was up and running and Caitlin even worked it to keep things moving along! The staff was just so helpful and kind and gracious. Any issue was addressed immediately. It was great! Both my husband and I are very happy!!
