Overall, it was a nice lunch visit. Had the rib, pulled pork, and cheddar jalapeño sausage, and all were nice. The pork was delicate yet had strength and tasted good with some smoke appeal on the backend of the palate. The rib was just a touch salty, but that could be attributed to my current cold. The sausage was really good. The skin had some bite but did not fight on the bite through while the cheddar and jalapeños were dispersed generously and evenly. The little gem of mashed potatoes was fantastic! Will eat here again.

Of course, grandson got a BBQ Burger. Excluding the hair i pulled out of it he said it was delicious! The waiter saw and immediately made him another and comped it for us, so that was greatly appreciated. I had chicken fried steak, sirloin. It was good but not 'OMG' good. Would eat here again. Plus my Katy girl works there and she is a sweetie. (One of My daughters fellow classmates from many years ago). Go be blessed!

I’ve never heard of Rib Crib apparently it’s a chain. Being from NC I’m a huge fan of smoked hog, chicken, beef.

I was super excited to try Oklahoma BBQ. Chain or not this place is fantastic.

I had the two meat combo with pulled pork and brisket both of them were smoked perfectly.

If you’re in town it’s worth a try.

Ate here for the first time tonight. Ordered a half rack of ribs, coleslaw, macaroni & cheese. Oh. My. Gosh. The ribs literally fell off the bone. Super moist & tender. And the sauce was amazing! Also ordered a blood orange whiskey sour. Sooo good, not too sugary, not too strong. We were visiting from out of state, but next time we visit our family here...we'll be back for SURE!

The reviews here were mediocre but I liked the menu. So I tried to chance it. I ordered a Blue Moon on draft (they didn’t have oranges which was fine but later I overheard they didn’t have limes either.) I ordered a one meat plate with sliced brisket, okra, and corn on the cob. The brisket was cold and extremely tough. I’m not sure I’ve ever had brisket I wouldn’t eat again. I combined the fire bbq sauce and traditional sauce to get a fairly good flavor but the meat was almost too tough to chew. Even the toast was cold and pretty crunchy.

WORST RIB CRIB EVER! And i love Rb Crib and have supported them many yrs all over the US..
First off, we were sat at a dirty table/chairs. I had to clean my chair off to sit down.
Second we waited a pretty long time for our food to show up, which is uncommon for a Rib Crib as everything is premade. And no it wasnt bc they were busy, there was maybe 15 people tops dining in. While waiting on our food i could hear other customers asking where their server was. Not to mention hearing the manager and servers in the back complaining about no fries. So iam still sitting there thinking to myself that the server will come back at some point and ask me to pick another side… Nope she never did! After about 30 mins of waiting and our waitress never coming back one time after placing our order, here comes our food.. my gf ordered the turkey which was good, potato salad was ok, mac/cheese looked to be 3 day old dry.
I ordered the pulled pork which i get every time. I wouldnt have fed it to my dog. Was super salty and far from typical RC style. The mac was disgusting and this is where it get funny… after hearing them yelling about having no fries, i had a mixture of RC fries and some kind of crinkle cut fries on my plate, not to mention only about two pinches worth. We had quite the laugh bc it looked like they dumped someones leftover fast food fries on my plate soaked in grease. They looked so bad i wouldnt even try them. I wish i would have takin a picture but was so frustrated at the time, i wasnt even thinking of a picture. The manager did come out and wipe out the bill and tried to give us $30 worth of gift cards in addition.. we denied the gift cards and went on our way. Hopefully the owner does more than read these reviews and make worthless responses as i have seen in many of the reviews. Maybe you should spend some days in there yourself!! The place was absolutely filthy inside on the floors, tables and chairs! Not to mention the trash all around the outside of the building.. If i could leave a negative review i would!! HORRIBLE!
