Hi Dee!|Thank you for your email. |We arrived at 10pm. The staff was friendly. No complaints there. |However the room’s cleanliness was disappointing. When we walked into the room we were overwhelmed with odor. It smelled like hot dogs or fried bologna and it did not go away. It was super strong and became nauseating. We were too tired to request a new room and I wasn’t sure there even was another one, it was a busy night. The plumbing fixtures were spotty and streaked and looked like there were cleaned with dirty water. We just drank out of our water bottles. That kind of made us skeptical to use any glasses provided. We did not try the breakfast so I cannot review that.

We had a power outage in the middle of an artic freeze and at 5 am needed a place to go (15 degrees inside the home is really cold).Robert the front desk clerk was so helpful over the phone and in person when we checked in. Everyone at Residence Inn was so helpful and worked with our payment needs and were really helpful when we had to keep changing check out dates due to no power. The breakfast bar was to die for. And the room was great for our needs. Spacious and convenient. It had everything we needed just like at home. Thank you again for helping us in our time of need. A lot of our neighbors also ended up here. It was a big block party making everything seem better at a bad time.

GO TO THIS HOTEL OVER ANY >>>THE BEST hotel in dang near northeast Ohio. A great place to stay. Fantastic customer service , amazing service the receptionist and workers and owners are so genuine. Could not be more thankful. Great parking lot. If you are struggling with a place to live , I had too sleep in my car when I had 0 dollars , no home , NOTHING. And their parking lot was amazing , service was so nice they didn’t mind or even. THIS IS THE PLACE TOO GO. 5 star 5 star !!! if you have too give money for a place to stay GIVE THE MONEY TOO THE RESIDENCE INN MARRIOT IT IS WORRH 10 star. This seriously is the best hotel you’ll find in Ohio . Trust me and if you are in a social dilemma about where to choose, choose THE RESIDENCE IN MARRIOT 4 Life!!! Love this place . Thank you Marriot Residence Inn genuinely.

THE OWNER Carrie Biarey (spelt wrong sorry) is an absolutely amazing ceo/Manager/Owner of the Marriot Residence Inn and she is THE PERFECT PERSOK FOR THE JOB. Amazing genuinely and understanding. I HIGHLY suggest this place and I am not just glazing or saying that, they deserve the credit.

The hotel is extremely clean! We were traveling and only stayed one night but when traveling this way again we will definitely stay here.
Front desk staff over the top nice. There are no ice machines but the wonderful woman at the front desk ran and got us some ice for our tumblers when we were checking out. Lobby, and dining area were very clean and updated. Our room was spacious. We did not use the pool but looked in on it and it was clean and perfectly clear. The hotel is attached to the mall and event center. There are plenty of shopping areas and places to eat either attached or in the direct vicinity of the hotel.

My husband and I stayed here for about a month due to us looking for a place to live for work purposes. The staff at the Residence Inn were and are extremely accommodating and welcoming. We had our dog with us as well and everyone that came in contact with her loved her. They treated her as if she was their own. Alyssa who is the Assistant GM was absolutely wonderful. We were so greatful to have met an individual like her. It was bitter sweet when we had to depart, seeing as how the staff that is there made us feel like family.

I didn’t expect that my room will be so much dirty. The bathroom was so nasty the toilet wasn’t cleaned the sink was dirty and there were a lot of hair. The towels were used. I’m never going to book this hotel in future.

I lodged at this property for about two weeks while handling some family business in the area. It was my first time at this hotel and was beyond happy with my choice. |The staff from introduction at the desk and housekeeping and breakfast staff were extremely friendly and professional.|I slept soundly with no noise and comfortable bedding and started each day with the breakfast that was complimentary and offered choices for anyone, including those with different dietary needs.|Thank you for an exceptional stay your hotel; I will return when I visit my hometown in the future.
