We rented out a suite two bedroom and it was well kept service was amazing. It was a great place for my daughter and her friends to hang out to celebrate her sweet 16. We are looking forward to renting two bedroom suite out again in the near future.

My husband and I came in town for a Wedding. We always stay at a different hotel, but it was booked and thought we will give this one a try. How grateful we are that we stayed! The hospitality was great from the moment we walked in. We were happily greeted by Quintell and Shawna at the front desk. The wonderful staff that takes care of cleaning the rooms, the laundry, and making the food was very friendly and pleasant. Made you feel at ease.
The room was spacious and clean. Everything was fresh. Great night sleep woke up to a great breakfast and even tried out their fitness center, which was more than adequate.
We would highly recommend if you’re in the Tulsa area to try out the hotel. We were very pleased and will definitely stay there again.

This is where my family stays each time we come into Tulsa for concerts. The staff is friendly, rooms were clean, and we had an issue with one of our windows which maintenance solved very quickly. It’s not a new building but well taken care of.

This hotel shows its age with broken elevator buttons, and various problems in the room, such as loose fixtures (tp holders, towel rods, etc.), a broken door, and a non-functional light. None of these made the suite less functional, they just speak to some level of neglect.

The staff members we met were excellent and helpful, and the breakfast was as good as one can expect from this type of hotel.

This is in a great location - it just needs some fix-up/investment to bring the facilities up to the same high standards as the staff (they deserve it!).

Positive: It was very clean. Staff was very chill and accommodating. On the air system, We loved the option to leave the fan setting to ?On? so that the room is filled with white noise while sleeping to help minimize outside noise from police sirens,etc Negative: The gym is missing a 10 pound and 15 pound dumbbell. So there was only one of each instead of two like the rest. That?s not so much something we didn?t like, just thought we would let you know.

I try to give every establishment the benefit of the doubt especially when the weather isn't favorable and can affect service. With that being said, the front desk workers (excluding one) need an overhaul of people that want to work. Out of all the workers the only one who seemed competent in their job was the one with the braids(can't remember her name). It almost seems like they know the hotel isn't great and just don't care. The woman with the blonde hair had a horrible attitude the day of checking in (overwhelmed?). Either way, you're in customer service, at least smile and be sympathetic for inconveniencing your guests. Our room wasn't ready until 11pm(!!!) and the front desk associate had to clean it (she did her best), but it was not clean, thankfully we bought Clorox wipes with us. Traveling as a family of 6 with a winter storm we made the best of it but would never return. Also, the wifi was out the entire trip. I had to ask them if it worked and then they told me it wasn't working in the building. Why not inform guests while checking in, I shouldn't have to guess what works and what doesn't. The breakfast was not great (possibly no deliveries due to snow?) again, inform your guests what's goin on. One of the manager said she would add points to my Marriott account the following day but they were never added.

Hotel had a weird smell to it. Toilets had to be flushed like 3-4 times for everything to go down. Hotel looked outdated.
We had a very big room with 2 rooms and living area. That was nice.
Husband lost key and I went to request a new one and no one was at front desk. I was there for about 10 mins then finally looked over and called general managers number. The worker finally came to the front and said she was walking around the hotel and had to use the stairs because she was afraid of elevators. We went up to our room grabbed something quick and came back and the same worker was in the elevator with another couple.
I wouldn’t stay here again.

Needed to change rooms during our stay. Quintell on the staff was so helpful. All of the staff at this place have been friendly as well from the breakfast person to the manager to the cleaning staff.
The location is good and definitely a nice eating area inside and out. The room we moved to was great the one we upgraded from was what we reserved just a bit too small for two adults and longer stay.
