A well and relaxed stay. I usually like staying at these hotels. My only nitpick is just the comfort of the pillows. And their shower design is a little weird, I wish there was a sliding door so the floor didn't get wet so fast.

This hotel had no hot water! Called front desk at 5 PM and was told a lot of workers check in at that time and many take showers so I should wait…. 7 PM no hot water…..9 PM no hot water. 6AM next morning….. no hot water!! Different person at front desk - told me the same thing that many people are taking showers at the same time! After returning home a week later I called and left a voicemail with Eric, the General Manager - never returned my call or contacted me. Avoid this hotel!

The location was nice as for being close to a lot of good food places however the entrance and exit are a joke and you will play heck getting in and out of the parking lot. Service was also nothing to write home about. I've been in much cheaper rooms and gotten better service.

Nicole and Kelly are an awesome team. We have stayed at this location several times for family visits and have always had our needs met by this powerful duo. Thanks for satisfying our every request. Look forward to seeing you next time we visit.

The hotel is very nice, clean and in a great location.
However I experienced an unprofessional employee when I questioned her about a matter regarding a previous stay. When I tried to ask about next steps to resolve the issue, she hung up the phone.
I spoke with the manager and he was very gracious and apologized for her behavior

Absolutely fantastic! This property made me feel so welcomed and valued as a guest! The manager here went above and beyond several times while I’ve stayed here and she alone is a reason to visit! Modernly appointed, CLean facility, quick responses, and a team that seems to genuinely care Ab guests. This sadly, is rare these days. Keep up the good work! my go to anytime while in Toledo.

We had a very pleasant experience and stay. Nicole (front desk) was awesome. We truly appreciated her kindness. It's fairly a newer hotel that was thoroughly clean and quiet. They offer breakfast, but there was no meat choice with breakfast. It's surrounded by good restaurants, close to a Kroger grocery store and near the freeway. The only issue was we didn't realize Marriott hotels permitted animals that are considered dangerous (pit bull dogs) to stay on the premises. That was the only thing that gave us pause. Other than that, we will stay there again.

No TV, the first day, no breakfast the second. No one showed up. the front desk is supposed to set it up when the kitchen isn't available. It's an expensive hotel and just no breakfast options? Nothing?
