The property was clean and modern, and very well maintained. Our room was very comfortable and spotless, providing a restful space after our daily activities of hiking and sightseeing. The breakfast was a standout feature—easily the best we've ever had at a hotel. The staff in the breakfast area were outstanding, going above and beyond with their attentiveness and hustle.
We also appreciated the balcony views, which overlooked the national forest and really made the mornings nice. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.
Overall, our stay at the Residence Inn was excellent, and we definitely be back!

Great place to stay for these reasons:||1) Service: Breakfast buffet wasn't the best we had but it was sufficient and nice to start the day. However, the service, particularly, the gentleman who makes sure everything is spotless, bussed all the plates, greets everyone with a smile and such energy every morning is to be called out. Really, the best service we ever had at any hotel. I'm sorry I didn't get his name, because he was literally dashing about. We left a big tip because they deserved it. With that said, service in general was spot on. ||2) Location was great- shuttle stop is just across the street to trails. Minutes from downtown. ||3) Clean- We had 3 rooms, all good, quiet and clean. Would stay again. ||4) Gym- Also clean, and you can fill up your water bottles. ||We stayed 5 days during the Christmas season and would recommend.

The breakfast is the best I have ever had at a Hotel. Very delicious. Every morning we ate there, so good. The guy “Adam” was cleaning tables up was very quick and smooth as we watched him do his job. Very focused on what he had to get done. Also there are hiking trails right behind the hotel with amazing sunsets. Trails were clean and easy to walk. The hot tub and fire pit was an awesome experience. The bed also were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Our check in was easy and our room was pristine on arrival. The cleaning services were every other day but when we needed we’d call for a refresh to get towels and garbages taken out without problem. Our daughter used a pack and play which was delivered to our room the first night. We loved the hot shower and the bed was so comfortable. We also appreciated the ice water machine and convenient market. The location was also perfect for all the hikes we wanted to do in Sedona and we were close to uptown with all the shopping and had a variety of grocery stores to choose from! We didn’t end up cooking in our room but loved having the dinnerware to enjoy take out, a toaster, microwave and refrigerator for our mealtime needs.

We had a perfect stay in this hotel for our recent vacation. The room was clean and modern. The entire staff were so helpful providing us with wonderful service. Steven and Adam provided us with exceptional service at the delicious breakfast Buffet. They were very friendly and it was a great way to start our day in Sedona. I hope to return again.

This hotel looks new and the room we chose (king bed and sofa bed) was so well appointed that my daughter and I said we could easily live there for a month! The sofa bed was not great- saggy and uncomfortable. We stayed the first part of our trip at a different hotel that had an amazing sofa bed with memory foam mattress. So they do exist. But outside of that, this property is located in a great part of town- not too close to the touristy stuff, but close to anything you want to do. The breakfast was great and the staff at breakfast was even better. This property has a little bar available and a terrific outdoor pool area with a clean hot tub. If we come back to Sedona, this will be where we stay. Great price, too. We stayed in early December 2024 during midweek. Only complaint: paying for parking is ridiculous. Anyone staying here has a car. Just put the fee in the rack rate and don’t nickel and dime.

This is a fantastic property with phenomenal views of the Red Rocks! From check-in with Briana to checkout with Vicky, our stay was refreshing and relaxing. Stephen handled the morning breakfast area with kindness and exceptional hospitality, ensuring everyone enjoyed the delicious complimentary hot breakfast.
