This was another good pick for us staying at a Residence Inn. We wanted to stay right in this area and we were so happy that we stayed here. This is a very large property with ample parking on site, right close to the room. It's an older property but well maintained and our room was clean and comfortable. There is no road noise, or freeway noise. The breakfast area was nice and the food was good. ||The area around this Residence Inn is beautiful. There are a lot of great places to eat and shopping is not far away, either. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

I stayed there for 2 months. The staff is very friendly.. their hospitality is off the charts... We had diwali celebration and so many celebrations in the evenings.. bbq grill is super awesome

Rooms are a bit outdated, and you can definitely hear your upstairs neighbors, but a nice place to stay, with great location

This Residence Inn was very disappointing and not worth the price we paid. When we went into the room the first thing we noticed was a very strong cigarette smokey smell. When we complained about the smokey smell the desk clerk handed us 2 almost empty bottles of "odor free" spray then called us at 9:30pm when we were sleeping to ask for them back.

The furniture and curtains had pet damage and were obviously frayed. Several tiles in the downstairs bathroom were cracked, and the refrigerator was dented, giving the appearance of neglect. The top floor tub drained so slowly it was not usable, was very dirty, and I was unable to get the water to come out of the upper spout.

There were 2 flights of stairs to climb with no assistance. The room was so far from the hotel entrance/breakfast area we had to drive to get to it. The wifi was also slow as molasses.

The front door wouldn’t open you had to shoulder check it to force it open on our room. The bed was filthy. Front desk was rude and the manager wouldn’t come see me when I asked for her because they didn’t give room service or toilet paper or towels in the room. The mattress was stained. All this for over $200 a night. What a bargain !!
