My wife and I stayed one night after a Suns game at Footprint Center. We had pre-booked, and were warmly welcomed. Our room faced the arena (see my photograph); the glass had advertising stickers on the outside obscuring our view a little.

The hotel could not be better-placed for Footprint Center. It is literally across the street.

Parking valet was $43.00

Great hotel with included breakfast, in a great location. 100% recommended.

Really great location with an awesome bar on the 4th floor. Little Rituals is a great addition to this hotel. And steps away is Bitter & Twisted which is incredible. The rooms are clean and do the job. Really good black out curtains. No complaints on the room, just the $43 mandatory valet parking you are forced into unless you want to try a lot near by, which is always hit and miss.

Not your average residence in …highly recommend. Walking distance to the suns game and some great places to eat. Phoenix has a great downtown these days.

Phoenix Downtown is tiny compared to other major cities. But this place is still in a great location that is short walking distance to conference center or restaurants. Rooms are nice, stand showers tho, and breakfast is the usual. Park on the street elsewhere first to checkin, then park somewhere in downtown using parking apps for best rates.

This was a BEAUTIFUL hotel nestled in the heart of downtown Phoenix. Lots of local restaurants to choose from just be careful b/c of the homeless and drug problem. Otherwise enjoy the city!

Wow I have never had worse service by a hotel. I was provided false information regarding the cancellation policy of my stay and then charged for canceling only 30 mins after making the reservation. I had to cancel because I am handicapped after a surgery and needed to check in early which they would not allow and I did not realize until booking since the check in time was not on Priceline. I talked to the manager who was very rude and said I would have to pay for 61% of the cost, even though I was initially told I could cancel for a full refund. I cannot believe the poor service I had and the miscommunication between Priceline and the front desk. I reported this incident to my credit card company and will be escalating. If the teams responsible would have been honest with the cancellation policy from the start, then I would have tried to have made arrangements. I feel very discriminated against, tricked and violated by their treatment.

Great place, clean, comfortable, and quiet. It is several blocks from the Convention Center. The parking is suboptimal- expensive and Valet only. I think they just figure everyone's business account will cover it. Trouble is, we don't all have open-ended business accounts.

Beautiful and comfortable room and excellent service from everyone. The mandatory valet is convenient but a little pricey so just make sure you plan ahead!
