We came in late last night after driving from San Antonio - the desk attendant was quick, helpful and offered us a money saving suggestion/upgrade, which is helpful at the end of the trip. We missed breakfast unfortunately because we slept in, but the entrance area and rooms were beautiful and well kept. Definitely enough space for all of us to get a good night's sleep. Hilda, the room attendant, was probably the sweetest lady I've ever met, and Jenny at the front desk was kind, welcoming and helpful, and the way she treated my two lil guys was top-tier, genuine kindness and care! Wish we would have spent more time here, and will add it to our itinerary in the future if we are in the area!

I don't understand the bad reviews. I've stayed at 3 different hotels in the same area and this one is by far the best. Breakfast is great. There's a lot of variation and the set up is buffet style. We got there one morning 10 minutes before 9 and there was still plenty to choose from. The night and day shift front desk associates were all very kind and helpful. Housekeeping did a great job as well. I'm really picky so for me to write a glowing review it has to be legit. This place is great. This was cheaper than an airbnb and had a kitchen.

Upon check-in we found our room had an horrible, fishy smell, the bathroom door was falling off the hinges, and a large wet spot in the carpet. When we mentioned this at the front desk, the man working said there were no other rooms like ours (2 bedroom) available, but the housekeeping manager would be notified to assist. The housekeeping manager was absolutely fantastic and in addition to coming to the room herself to see the issues, she brought up a member of her staff and they agreed that it was not acceptable given the ages of our kids and the fact that they'd be crawling through the wet spots in the carpet. They told us the dishwasher in the room had just been worked on and probably leaked. She then proceeded to help us move our stuff to the new room, exactly like our first room, and had new keys made for us. Unfortunately, we still found a few issues with the new room, to include another large wet spot in the corner by the HVAC unit, and the bathroom faucet was about to fall off, but we decided not to complain because it was getting late and we needed to get our kids fed and ready for bed.

I had done a phone reservation completed and fully paid for with the help of Jenny days before my arrival in Oklahoma City, as I arrived I came to receive my room key and this one employee at the front desk who checked my reservation, started questioning my reservation price and why I had gotten it for a discounted price. He started interrogating me rudely to my face and insulting me by assuming I had some how gotten my reservation in a bad way, telling me no I can’t give you the room key even though I had reserved and stayed here multiple times previously with the same price with no problems. I have recently been in an accident and was very tired to stand and argue with this employee after an hour of explaining that I had a coupon and that it’s used for hotels by many people and by me before and accepted at this location previously. After he disregarded everything I had to say by raising his voice and being very rude I decided to just leave and go to another hotel. After making me a new reservation and obtaining a room at this other hotel, I got a call from said employee saying come back we fixed the issue and you can get your room with the discount you had. I was very upset and disappointed at the terrible customer service that they had, I have never before experienced such a problem anywhere before. I will make sure my friends and family all know about the situation and never reserve here again. How disappointing.

My family and I had such a great experience staying that this hotel! The room was spacious and extremely clean. The staff was very kind and accommodating to all of our needs, such as extra blankets & towels for our kids. 10/10 would recommend!

My family and I had an amazing experience here! Staff were extremely nice, rooms were super clean, and location was perfect! Whenever we needed anything, concierge was very quick to bring us what we needed. Will be back here next time we’re in town!
