I would like to file a complaint about a staff on duty at the front desk at 6:30 PM on January 5th, and I hope the management will take note. When I was checking in, I specifically requested a quiet room, and he readily agreed. However, he assigned me to Room 228, located in a corner of the building overlooking the parking lot. In addition to the noise from vehicles, the loud noise from the heater starting up made it impossible to get a deep sleep.

This morning, unable to bear it any longer, I went to the front desk to request a room change. I initially thought that all the heaters in the rooms were equally noisy, but after switching rooms, I realized that the room he assigned me to that night might have been the worst one in the entire hotel.

Hotel had an unloved feel. Older carpet and furnishings and not the cleanest. Garbage smell from disposal, when we entered the room. Bed sheets smelled.|On the positive side, staff was friendly and hotel did offer complimentary breakfast. Office park environment, so it offered a quiet night's sleep.

In town for a wedding and had a very pleasant stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms need some updating, but they were clean. Convenient location right off of I-75 with several restaurants close by. I would certainly consider staying here again.

This is a nasty motel with rude people. Employees do drugs while at work and take things out of my luggage while I was away. Woman employees smoke while working and steal from the motel. We're are the cameras.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE A DOG OR VALUE YOU PERSONAL BELONGINGS
If your dog even makes the tiniest bit of noise the hotel will call you freaking out/argumentative and demand you have to kennel your dog, on top of that I have requested no cleaning of my room and on the first day being away from the hotel house keeping or somebody came into my room and stole items from me. The next day I left a note requesting that my items do not get touched and too leave my room. The note was then thrown away and all of my personal items were moved around my room on purpose… mind you I have stayed at hundreds of hotels around the country and have never been given as much as an issue as I am now. PERSONAL ITEMS STOLEN FROM ME AND RULES/POLICY WILL CHANGE AFTER YOU CHECK IN IF THE HOTEL DOES NOT LIKE YOU. I really did like the rooms and the location but the way hotel staff/management treats their own paying guests is ridiculous and uncalled for.

One of the best properties we have stayed at and we travel a lot. We had beautiful, clean rooms and a fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend this place. Staff were friendly and we did get a free upgrade to a suite with a fireplace. Very cozy and great experience.

We stayed from July 21 2024 to July 26 2024. The rooms are older but nice and cozy. There's a fire place in the room if needed. It looked like a good place to stay especially during the winter times. The rest are as usual, gym, market place. The breakfast was a bit better. They have the regular hotel breakfast along with rice and miso soup if you like Japanese food.
Now heres where I have beef. I specifically got this place for late check out. I asked earlier during the week if I can do late check out so if I can't I could check out early and move. They said yes. Now on the day of checkout I asked for confirmation and they said no since they are sold out. I mean... why even say yes. Did every single room get sold out in 3 days and you didn't forsee this happening? I asked and you say yes, and now the day you're saying you can't do it. I asked so I can move to a hotel that can accommodate. I could've stayed at the hilton that was offering 2x points if you weren't going to do late check out. Hotel is all good unless you need late check out.

We travelled to Troy, OH, for a sports competition with friends. The space to spread out in the living area at the Residence Inn by Marriott Dayton Troy was great. The kitchen had what we needed for our short stay, and we grabbed breakfast downstairs to eat in the room. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms made a huge difference - each family had their own private space, but could hang out in the shared living room. The beds aren't terribly comfortable, and the walls are paper thin - so much so that we had to bang repeatedly on the wall for our next door neighbours to get the hint at 1am... ||However, the staff were wonderful and made our stay a good one.
