We stayed for 5 days with our big dog and where pleasantly amazed with the rooms and how nice the staff was. Our dog is a bit vocal and can tend to bark his head off when we go places but we only got asked to come back to the hotel once on our first day. Other than that, no complaints. The complimentary breakfast was awesome in the mornings and the hot tub was nice to relax in after a day at Disneyland.

Check in was seamless. The rooms spacious and clean. The breakfast was outstanding. Bags of ice available at the desk. Pool clean and was enjoyed! And the fire pit was so great to sit by at night!! Walkable to grocery store, Target, restaurant Islands, and anything else you desire. Can’t wait to come back!!

The hotel is great for stopping through for work. I wish the stoves in the room worked a little better. The pans are so bad it’s impossible to actually cook. The main reasons I chose this place were for the kitchen, the gym, and the proximity to a job I flew out for. I would say the best way to cook is the grill outside. The staff are super friendly. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Water pressure in shower not great. Breakfast atrocious - I chose to get groceries and make my own. I would come back for the sheer convenience of the spot though!!

Stayed at this location at the recommendation of a friend for a celebration. The location is convenient for access to Target, TJ Max, Nordstrom Rack, convenience stores, etc. However, it is very outdated and overall nasty. Popcorn ceiling, stinky stained carpets, clogged sinks and bathtubs, brown rings in tub (had to stand on a towel while showering but that did nothing since drain was clogged and water pooling at feet). The towel rack was barely hanging on the wall. The bed was comfortable but considering the lack of cleanliness and maintenance of this hotel I can only wonder how much effort is put into cleaning the bedding. The walls are thin and doors very heavy so you hear everytime someone opens and closes their doors. Service is hit and miss. I had to ask for the bottled water that usually comes with check in. This location must be hurting for money because they gave me a baby water when other Marriot hotels give you at least a 16 ounce. Also, the breakfast wasn't horrible but it also wasn't good. I would not recommend this location. The value wasn't even good.

I had a disappointing experience at this Residence Inn. My first room was extremely noisy—doors slamming next door made my room shake. The hotel looks old and poorly maintained, with rusty bathrooms, dirty carpets, and a bad smell in the stairways. Cleanliness is clearly lacking.

I changed rooms, but the new one was also dirty. Staff showed little concern, and I had to insist just to get basic cleaning. The front desk was often empty and unhelpful.

Breakfast was repetitive and missing basic items like sliced bread. A broken cereal dispenser was ignored by staff.

I’ve stayed at other Residence Inns and had great experiences, but this location does not meet the brand’s standards. I do not recommend it.

We’ve stayed here a few times over the years. Room is always clean, although you can tell the place isn’t brand new. Breakfast is good, pool is good/clean. We will continue to stay here when we’re in the area!

Front desk one employee that is cannot keep requests straight or reservations or extending stays. Housekeeping needs strong oversight. Linens to be changed every other day and we were lucky if we got it every 4 days. Housekeeper would tell front desk we had sign on door WHICH WAS NOT TRUE!! Never used a sign on any door any day I was there for 6 wks. Elizabeth is sweet and professional.

Loved this place extended out stay home away from home. Comfortable having full kitchen was great. Close to shops and restaurants. My husband and i are from Australia |It was lovely to feel a home away from home experience. Would stay again. Would recommend 5 stars

First, the good news. Love the location. Hotel is located next to a center with restaurants, grocery store and more and is a short walk away.|| On our recent stay in June they were waaayyy overbooked. Guests there for weddings, Youth soccer etc. | Upon check-in, the short woman at the desk was quite rattled and explained “room not ready” which was ok (we are patient) but not handled in a professional manner. As written by others the hotel needs work…painting/remodel. | The staff at breakfast are excellent and keep the area clean and well stocked.
