They have great location - you can either walk to the old mill district for shopping/food, or just drive for a few minutes to other popular places. The room is also spacious and clean. Frontdesk staff are very friendly and helpful. I will for sure come back to this hotel when I visit Bend again!

We stay at a lot of Marriott hotels and enjoy Residence Inns when we are going to stay for multiple days. We have stayed at this location multiple times. We had enough 'Bonvoy Points' to stay there 'free' this time. I think that is why we were given a smaller room than we have had in the past. It was fine, just smaller.||The breakfast here is always good. The weekday kitchen staff that was working during our stay was exceptional. ||Our only complaint about this hotel is the $12/day parking. It's not downtown and although restaurants are 1/4 - 1/2 mile away, it's not in the midst of anything. It just seems a bit greedy considering its location.

I got a deal on the price here, and for what I paid it was outstanding. The beds and linens are excellent. the suite was spacious and had a kitchen. The breakfast- a round egg benedict type sandwich with bacon was much healthier and better tasting than most hotels. Kids liked the pool.

Nice surprise, great value for price. Came across this hotel while considering the resorts near Mt Bachelor. Room was spacious, had a kitchen to store and make some food, and free breakfast was fine, hot tub was excellent. We didn’t get charged for parking. Could be because we signed up for Marriott points. But that would have made me disappointed in my experience. highly recommend this place for location to slopes, and Bend.

A perfect place to see the concerts plenty of parking and a short walk to the old mill. If you’re staying there, they’re also great places to get coffee in the morning. Park your car and enjoy all the conveniences around you.

Pros: Beautiful, elegant Decor. The Lobby area is lovely, with a fireplace, lots of seating and built-in bookcases. Ther is a small bar adjacent with happy hour. The pool/hot tub area is very clean, contemporary. The hot tub was always hot and clean with plenty of towels. Our room had 2 queen beds with a pullout couch, a full kitchen (dishes, pots and pans, plenty of dishes, corkscrew, etc. Large, well appointed bathroom with big mirror and walk-in shower. The included breakfast was always hot and delicious with plenty of choices for everyone. The staff are all top notch- from front desk to maintenance to bartender to breakfast staff. This hotel is an easy 8 minute walk to Old Mill shopping area. ||Cons: Just a couple: The foldout couch was VERY uncomfortable (as they all seem to be). We were charged $12.00 per day for parking when we didn't have a car (they did take this off our bill when we asked).

Many added FEES!! This hotel charges $12/car/night for parking, $20/dog/night, a non-refundable $75 cleaning fee for your pets. Fine if you are aware prior to booking but super annoying when you arrive and are blindsided as it’s not easy or clear online when booking.

My wife and I recently visited Bend and stayed at the Residence Inn. It really exceeded our expectations. Very nice and clean rooms, good views, and great complimentary breakfast. And the cherry on the cake was a free room upgrade upon check-in. Looking forward to going back to cozy Bend!
