Large, comfortable, very clean rooms. Everything seems fresh and new. Nice kitchens and bathrooms, nice tile and counters, etc. One of the best complimentary hotel breakfasts I can recall. Lobby and breakfast lounge are also immaculate. Convenient and right off of 20. Check out isn’t until noon and we enjoyed not feeling rushed. We were too tired to drive back home from ATL after our flight back from vacation was pushed later due to the winter storms, and we were so glad we chose to stop here because we had a great restful night and morning.

My go to place in Covington GA. Great staff, good breakfast, nice rooms. Several eating places around the area and a Publix is across the street. The management team is top notch. Rooms are always clean. Hotel is only about 2 years old and conveniently located

We were here for just a single night for our son’s sporting tournament, but we WILL be back. Lisa at the front desk was amazing, the hotel is so clean and well kept, the room was spacious, great fitness center and breakfast was delicious and so many options. I would absolutely recommend and we’re hard to impress - my husband travels to extensively for business and I’m a sales manager for a boutique hotel collection. Book it!!!!

I believe it is long ago that hotels all started using fragrance- free detergents. Not this Residence Inn! The towels and sheets had very strong Tide-like detergent fragrance which resulted in me both getting a massive migraine and sleeping on the sofa using my clothes as a blanket. If you are sensitive to perfumes and synthetic fragrances due to migraines, asthma, pregnancy, etc , I recommend you find another hotel.

Shannia, Tiana, and Dorian went above and beyond normal service to make sure our stay during Christmas 2024 was comfortable. The ladies were kind and always had a smile on their faces. When I ran out of basic needs, Dorian was right on time with replacements.
The hotel's housekeeping staff was helpful as well. I really appreciate the help the entire staff offered during our 4 day stay.
The hotel itself was IMMACULATE AND BEAUTIFUL. I am alsobgreatful that this Bonvoy location still takes pride in the condition of the hotel, the rooms, and customer service. The Evans family from Virginia Beach will be back!!!)

They attempted to put multiple holds in my card each night even though after the initial hold placed in my card at check in. I locked my card after the 4th time and they called my room every morning at 8 am. I stayed there for business for 2 weeks

I cannot give this hotel a high enough rating! My daughter was married the weekend of 4/27/24 and we had 22 or so rooms rented by friends and out of town family. We were greeted by the nicest staff members no matter what time of day it was. They went out of our way to make sure we had everything we needed. Everyone commented on how nice, clean, and spacious the rooms were. The outdoor patio became the place to hang out and socialize at night. The lobby dining area offered a wonderful free breakfast. Location is wonderful and provides walkable restaurants. Thank you to everyone who helped make the travel experience for our out of town wedding guests a pleasant one! 5 stars for sure.
