There are so many wonderful things I could say about Chef Tom and his team at request a chef. They know what they are doing. I loved having one contact through them to take care of food, bar, and rentals because it made things go so smoothly. Laurie was our main point of contact and she was great. She took care of everything, she kept in contact when appropriate, and made sure to answer the myriad of questions I constantly threw her way. The day of went so smoothly because Laurie and the team made sure to take care of everything. We had the best servers, all of which were friendly and hard working. All we had to do was tell them how we wanted things set up, and they put it all together. It was all better than I could have imagined.

Request-A-Chef catered our wedding and were amazing. The food was delicious--all of our guests kept talking about how good the food was, both during the wedding and in the days afterward. They were so accommodating of different dietary restrictions and made sure that everyone had something to eat that they loved. Throughout the whole planning process, they were so easy and professional to work with--Laurie was very responsive to all of our questions and always got back to us immediately with a response. They made the wedding day run so smoothly. They also did a lovely job decorating our venue, and the whole food display looked beautiful. The whole team was so kind, professional and helpful. We definitely would recommend Chef Thom, Laurie and the whole team!!

We worked with Chef Thom for our wedding at the Nathan Hale Homestead on 10/23/21. We were very happy with the dinner for 150 people (served family style) and the variety of apps during cocktail hour. Guests told us that they enjoyed the food and had plenty to eat, and Thom was able to accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions. Having the truck to cook on was great since there were limited kitchen facilities at our venue. Thom and his event planning partner Tracey were very responsive and easy to work with throughout the planning process. Tracey was very helpful on our wedding day and made sure we had food/ drinks while doing photos and everything we needed throughout the night. They were also very helpful in setting and cleaning up with our DIY wedding. Highly recommend Thom and his team!

I cannot thank the crew at Request A Chef enough for making our wedding this past Saturday so perfect. The food was out of this world. I went into the day not knowing what to expect, but the staff was excellent about communicating what was happening and when, making sure we were served appetizers, making us a plate at dinner and just going above and beyond. I will absolutely be using and recommending Request A Chef in the future.

Tracey and Thom are amazing! They did such an amazing job with our wedding, all our guest loved the food and the way the venue was set up. Tracey helped coordinate the walk down the aisle and was great with helping coordinate all the times when everything needed to be done. We are stills getting compliment’s! The food was amazing we couldn’t of asked for a better chef to cook the food, there was something for everyone! I highly highly recommend them!!! Thank you for making our day so special and for making our wedding dream come true we will never forget it!

I recently had my wedding catered by Request A Chef. Right from the beginning of the planning Thom was very professional and thought of stuff that was not even on my mind. He was very accommodating to everything that we wanted/requested. The day of the wedding Thom and his staff was amazing. From the setup, to the food, to the cleanup. I am still getting compliments from my guests of how great the food was and the staff was very professional. Thom and his staff made my wedding day the most perfect day I could have ever wished for.
