My only negative comment is that the floor didn't get vacuumed but I did request an early check-in 20 minutes prior to arrival. Fantastic guest service. Spacious and functional room. Loved the atrium surrounding layout of the rooms. Parking was plentiful and accessible from side door near pool and elevators.

I had to come to Tulsa for a couple of days on a work trip and I cannot heap enough praise on the staff at the Renaissance. The young lady who helped me check in (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name!) was absolutely fantastic. Check-in was smooth as it could be and she was very welcoming and friendly. I did have a small issue with the shower but she went up there and repaired it immediately after I brought it to their attention. They were very apologetic that I encountered the issue. Karen and the rest of the front desk staff are top-notch and dedicated to making sure their guests are comfortable. I also had the pleasure of dining at the bar and both bartenders were amazing. Great service and very friendly. Thank you for making my stay memorable and very enjoyable. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Tulsa! (Looking forward to seeing it after the remodel)

This was our first time stay here. I have always wanted too. It was a spur of the moment anniversary trip, so we decided to bring our dog. It was so easy, everyone was so nice and accommodating. She got so much love from other guest. The two bartenders at the Merlot Lounge we so friendly and our drinks were wonderful. Can't wait to come back!

Positive: Location & close to everything we wanted to go & do. Negative: We were close to the elevator & heard it all night. They had a sign that quiet time was from 10pm-7am & wasn?t adhered. At 11:30pm it was very loud by other guests. The coffee in the restaurant wasn?t good at all.

I have never experienced such incredibly kind, accommodating and helpful hotel staff!!! Renaissance was remarkable. My daughter fell ill and they brought extra towels, disinfectant, cleared trash and went above and beyond and even extended our checkout time. They also gave her free breakfast once better. It was so stressful when she got sick, they made the process so much easier on us! Thank you to all the Renaissance staff for lowering stress levels.

I had the pleasure of being served by Brooke during my visit, and she absolutely made the experience unforgettable! Not only was she super friendly and attentive, but her cocktail recommendations were on point. She knows her craft and makes every drink with care. Despite a busy night, she maintained a positive attitude and made sure every customer felt welcomed. If you're lucky enough to have Brooke as your bartender, you're in for a great time!

While this property was nice, the location great, and the staff was awesome, it is overpriced for the average traveler.

Besides paying too much for a room with a faulty heater and no microwave, you have to pay additional fees for parking and internet, which should be included in the price. And while we were experiencing some of the coldest temperatures in Oklahoma this week, the entire building was cold and uncomfortable.

As people who travel full-time for Road Life Magazine, the overall value of this hotel isn't there for us. We've paid way less for a lot more with other brands. The corporate greed of Marriott and other hospitality brands is getting way out of hand!

But if you have money to burn, you'll probably like the experience.

The girl at check in was very rude and very uninformative. She didn’t tell me that there was only paid parking, that they would put a hold on my account for double the room price for 30 days. The “complimentary made to order breakfast” was $20 and extremely underwhelming. The free breakfast at any best western or similar hotel is normal 100 times better. The hotel itself looked a bit dirty and run down. Will not be going back.
