I stayed here overnight, great location walking distance to mall and restaurants. Rooms were clean and nice. Hotel amenities were nice. The food and drinks at the hotel restaurant were amazing. All the staff i interacted with were so nice, welcoming and helpful! Kenny was an awesome waiter and Anton was a great him! When I checked in my room card was not working, when he was fixing it I was telling him my issues I had with the airline as well, it was a rough travel day and then I had to wait for my door to get fixed. He fixed my door and provided me some extras like a free drink at the bar and compensated my parking for the inconvenience. I appreciated this so much, the staff were so wonderful and the hotel was clean and nice, I will be a returning customer thank you!

Such a beautiful hotel with wonderful service. The front desk attendant's were friendly and professional. I absolutely loved the outdoor seating, especially at night; the vibes were top notch. It's walking distance to countless restaurants and activities. HIGHLY recommend. Lastly, we dined at the Sage restaurant where Alyssa took great care of us! She was super friendly and attentive, making our breakfast experience a delight before we checked out. I can't wait to stay here again when I am in the area.

Sharon our server at the restaurant was an absolute joy. She was speedy with service and was a pleasure to speak with. She even was able to give us suggestions on things to do around the area and also update up on services the hotel has to offer. When we come back to AZ we would love to stay here again, and see Sharon!

I have never been here before, but came for the Wild and Windy West book convention. This hotel surpassed all my expectations - my room was gorgeous, every thing was great for our event, and the staff so friendly and helpful. I ate at the on-site restaurant twice (dinner and breakfast), and both meals were terrific. The menu was a bit limited, but that usually just means the things they DO make are all fabulous. Laurenda, my server at breakfast, was especially kind and friendly. I felt welcomed and not rushed, especially when my brain shut off halfway through trying to order 🤣

Outstanding service! First time staying at this location, Jackie checked us in and she was super nice and thorough making sure we included our Marriott info for points. Jackie missed nothing and included all important information. Will definitely be staying here again and recommend to all family and friends. Thank you Jackie!

Sandra was so amazing at helping me set up a fun surprise for my husband for his birthday. Our first night, we went down and sat at the bar, and oh my goodness. Dan was absolutely AMAZING! He was the sweetest ever. Constantly checked on us to make sure we were doing good. Not only to us, but to everyone at the bar. If I could have a bar tender like him everywhere, I’d be so happy. He is seriously so amazing! 10/10 recommend him!!

This is the second year I’ve stayed at this ‘resort’ for a conference and unfortunately the same issues still exist. The pricing is airport pricing - excessive even for a hotel. We’re in a suburb of Phoenix, not NYC.

Also, the sense of urgency for anything is that of a glacial pace. Good luck on eating breakfast or lunch in an hour… and $15 for a turkey croissant from the grab and go?! Unreal. There are MANY restaurants (both sit down and fast casual) within a 3-5 min walk. I highly suggest!

Finally, the rooms while VERY NICE, lack basic lighting and ventilation. The fan is so loud I barely slept because there was no option for continuous fan. It turned on every 30 mins and rattled the room.

Staff is hit or miss. The front desk staff and valet are VERY kind.

Katie in Desert Sage is absolutely wonderful. ate dinner here Thursday night, amazing service, came back Friday and she had our order memorized. Sweet as can be but noticed she was running around and the only server in the restaurant… even while serving the whole restaurant she was wonderful and kept on top of everyone!
