We have had several events at Oklahoma Christian University and Relish Catering by UDining does not disappoint. The food they prepare is far superior to other venues and ALL of the staff is so welcoming and accommodating. They help with the whole process making it seamless and everyone attending our events always rave about the food - and get excited when they know we will be at OC!

We chose Meinders Center on Oklahoma Christian University campus as the venue for our daughter’s 16th birthday celebration. We love the spacious area, beautiful decors, and the bathrooms were spotless!
Relish Catering provided all the sweets for the party. Lisa Yu was attentive and quick with responses to our needs and visions prior to the event via emails. We wanted a sweets bar and a candy bar. Lisa and her team went above and beyond our expectations with a variety of sweets. It was a hit with all the teenagers. Throughout the 4 hour long party, Lisa checked in with us frequently.
She also thoughtfully brought the adults a fresh pot of coffee.
Every thing went smoothly, we all had a good time. We definitely will recommend the venue and especially Relish Catering service to our family and friends for special occasions or large gatherings.

Lisa Yu is a SUPERSTAR and met every single need without hesitation or error! Dustin followed our set up request to the “T”. As the project manager for the Putnam City North High School Orchestra, I enjoyed working with a trained professional that wanted to exceed all of our expectations. The contract and requirements were sent to us quickly and efficiently. Lisa treated us like we were her only clients! After 20 years of military service and 13 years of customer service in the automotive arena, I KNOW how hard it can be. The banquet was perfect, beautiful and so much fun. We can’t wait to work with your team again and again! Lisa Yu doesn’t wear a dress, she wears a SUPERHERO CAPE! Thanks again!

This was an excellent experience for our event. Planning ahead of time allowed easy instructions, answered all questions, changes were made as necessary, IT issues were addressed and adapted as needed. I was allowed to come up earlier than planned to add decorations. The space was clean, organized, on time and ready to go. The food was delicious! The food buffet was organized, clean, neat, professional looking, hot and maintained throughout our event. The place settings were on point with plenty of drinks and coffee condiments available. The tech person met me right before the event to go over any questions I had to show me how to adjust sound and mic settings if needed. She also gave me her cell number to call if an issue came up that I couldn't handle. The people I worked with were friendly, professional, available and helpful. I will definitely use this venue and caterer again. Wonderful experience!

Relish Catering not only met, but exceeded our expectations. As a former pharmaceutical rep I've seen a lot of caterers fall short, but Lisa and her staff really came through for us on a night when we needed them the most. Timely service and food so great they were stuffing it in to-go bags.

Our women's organization contracted with Relish Catering for a luncheon with 50 guests in a church hall with kitchen. Lisa and Dustin were very accommodating. They offered suggestions to help our luncheon go smoothly. We were operating on a fixed budget so we selected the Southwest Steak Salad. We were very pleased that everything was included with this selection--rolls, desserts and beverage service. At the luncheon the Relish crew took charge in the kitchen, plating the salads and placing them on our buffet table. They thought of even the smallest details. To name a few, they provided warm rolls with butter; napkin-wrapped plastic cutlery sets; strawberry-garnished desserts set on tables before guests arrived; and pretty salt and pepper shakers at every table. Even the plastic plates they used were so nice they looked like china. No detail was overlooked! However, the best part of Relish's catering was the food quality. Guests raved about the freshness and deliciousness of the salad and dessert. We highly recommend Relish Catering

This was by far the most wonderful experience we have ever had working with a catering department. We have been to other venues including other college campuses and this was truly top notch. To the care taken of the details in set up and the catering and food were superb. The chef and all the staff truly exemplified professionalism and everyone raved about how fabulous the food tasted. From Olivia to Lisa and Dustin and Ginger we could not have asked for a better group of people to work with. We plan to come back again next year. Thank you so much for everything you all are true blessing to our congregation.
