Jessica and the Reedville team were a pleasure to work with for our wedding. We wanted a custom menu to fit our 1920s theme and requested a variety of options to accommodate different dietary restrictions. They assured us that everything we wanted was doable—and they proved it by executing a menu that both looked and tasted amazing! Jessica was flexible and accommodating throughout the entire process, addressing any questions, concerns, or changes that came up, which made everything run smoothly. On the day of the wedding, their team was efficient, professional, and friendly, providing excellent service to our guests. We were also so impressed with how seamlessly they transitioned between the dinner and dessert buffets—it was so smooth and discreet, we hardly noticed it happening! I would definitely recommend Reedville if you're looking for top-quality catering, especially if you want a truly custom menu for your wedding.

Delicious and such a wonderful team! As a wedding vendor I have had the opportunity to work with Reedville Catering and enjoy various menu items both at Jenkins Estate and other venues. The staff is always so on top of things, very professional, kind and great at communication. And the food is just delicious! I got married in July and had an absolutely stellar experience with Reedville Catering. They were willing to deliver food to the Oregon coast, which I'm still so grateful for! From the time we solidified our contract with them in September to our wedding they were great with communication and were always responsive to any questions we had. Our initial contact did end up taking a different job so we changed hands but it didn't feel disruptive or cause any issues at all. Since they were delivering a fair distance, we were somewhat worried about the freshness/hotness of the food, but everything was fantastic-hot and delicious (or cold and fresh, for cold items)!! I am also vegetarian and they had great options-I ended up going with the vegetarian pot pie and it was to die for. Their prices were also better than other caterers we spoke with. Lastly, the staff that worked the wedding were SO kind and very chill, and did an amazing job with everything. We are so happy we chose Reedville and would absolutely recommend them to anyone for any event that needs to be catered. Thank you Reedville!!!

We chose Reedville to cater our wedding in Corbett, OR. They did a fantastic job. Everything we tasted from them was delicious. Our guests raved about them too. They let us come do a private tasting beforehand which was amazing. Great presentation as well. They are efficient communicators too which is really helpful when planning an event. Highly recommend them!

Reedville catered our our wedding a few years ago. Food was delicious, and communication was seamless, which is saying something considering Covid restrictions were still in flux at the time. We had 70 people and portions were excellent, quality was high, staff were great, and food and drinks rolled out on time without a hitch. I would certainly use them again and recommend.

Reedville catered our wedding and the food was all terrific. Beautiful plating too, and they came with some really original appetizer options like grilled cheese dippers that were a huge hit. During the planning stage we tried to see if they could pull off some food items that weren't on their usual menu, and though they gave it a good shot, we were much more impressed with their standard menu offerings, so would recommend sticking with their specialties. Highly recommend their short rib, cheesy potatoes, and plank roasted salmon. (They also did a late-night chicken and waffle snack which made for a great treat).

We worked with Landon to schedule and coordinate everything leading up to the wedding--he was professional, timely, and a joy to work with! I appreciated the complimentary tasting prior to our event and the ease of making our menu exactly how we wanted it. I highly recommend Reedville Catering for your next event!

Unless you plan big events all the time and know what to look out for, I would not trust Reedville. They catered our wedding and were unhelpful at nearly every turn other than arriving with some food and serving some food ie fairly close to the barest minimum imaginable.

Food was pulled waaay too early and no communication with our coordinator about that decision (they accused the venue staff of crashing and helping themselves to plates of food—regardless, there should have been communication to our coordinator so we/she can make a call). As it was, many of our guests were still hungry and the food was pulled but then we later on we were handed trays of salmon, potatoes, broccolini, cauliflower that could have gone to the guests. Not sure why they thought we would want 30+ servings of everything to take home when our guests were looking to come back for seconds? They also were of no help in helping us gauge appropriate amounts of different drinks and food items to order for our guest count. The lemonade they set out was gone in a snap with most people who wanted some not getting any.

We are also disappointed in the extreme “nickel and diming” that went on with our contract throughout the planning stages. Put things that are obviously going to be there, like plates and cutlery, POURING CUPS OF WATER, etc as add ons as if they are not standard for a caterer to provide

Another thing is the communication. Gave us strict deadlines and would not be available to discuss pertinent details for days on end in the weeks leading to the event. Had to chase them down for email responses and they never were available for a phone call which would have made it easier and quicker to sort out details.

We still had a wonderful wedding with our loved ones but our experience with Reedville catering specifically was abysmal
