For the price I was surprised and disappointed that no shampoo or bathroom essentials not provided. Coffee was provided in the lobby. No continental what so ever!! I've traveled and worked in the hospitality industry. Motel 6 a better value! And I'd never thought i would ever experience that!!! So I'll never choose this brand again. Staff was good.

This hotel has been one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at, walking into the hotel you are greeted by a bunch of cats and food thrown around at the entrance it looks really bad no matter how you set foot in the place. Once you enter the property there is a foul smell almost like something is rotten. The receptionist was somewhat rude and grumpy. We got our room on the second floor. We went into the elevators and the floors were dirty, sticky and so were the walls. We walked into our room and noticed the smell still lingering smell of marijuana in the hallways, the floors were dirty and the bathroom horrible super dirty including the walls again. The room was very dated! We found a dead cockroach in the bathroom. I was there for 4 days and not one day did they come to clean the room. They didn't clean it, they didn't take out the trash and to top it off there wasn't even toilet paper. I would NOT rent here again, very bad service!!

I’ve and my husband just got in town for work and stopped for food before checking into our room. All we wanted was to eat and rest . We arrived a hour early prior to check in and was told that it would be $25 for early check in (idk why hotels charge that when it’s near check in time) didn’t fuss about it just paid it. There was pet hair in the lobby chairs when I informed “we are a pet friendly hotel” i don’t see what that had to do with not cleaning the pet hair . But still figured I’d just go to my room have my meal and go to bed before my flight. Then I notice there was no fridge or microwave in my room as in the photo provided those items were supposed to be a part of my room and what I checked for previous to paying for my room . I paid for my room through Priceline I’ve noticed hotels give you bottom of the barrel when you book through 3rd party discounted sites and it’s not cool if you want to give fewer amenities than they need to be sure to to not include them in the description before taking folks money with false advertisement. No I did not go to the desk this just happened to us 3 days ago and we had to carry all of our belongings back down to the lobby swap keys and rooms and literally when you are a truck driver over the road I just did not have the energy so this time I just decided to write a review instead of fussing or being disappointed if they try to tell me some crap I didn’t feel like hearing. I would say they did seem very friendly however that had nothing to do with me spending my money including early checking fee on something not described . Now in order to heat my food I have to go downstairs or just waste my food cause there is no fridge

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to in my Life. I Travel driving trucks so I see alot of Hotels. Been here twice and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but the service SUCKS. THEY NEVER CLEAN YOUR ROOM OR GIVE YOU WASH TOWELS

Low budget hotel. Low price, but low amenities (no breakfast, no meeting room, etc). Staff are great, super friendly. Beds were comfortable, but property is years past needing upgrades

This hotel has been one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Once you enter the property there is a foul smell almost like something is spoiled. The front desk auditor was somewhat nice. We got our room on the 3rd floor. Entered the elevators and the floors were dirty, sticky and so were the walls. We entered our room and noticed the smell was still lingering. The floors were dirty including the walls again. The room was very outdated! We found a dead roach 🪳 near the heater! I then called the front desk to speak to a manager and was told they don’t have a manager so I explained what is going and asked for a new room. We were given an “updated room” it was ok than the last room but the floors were still dirty including the amenities. Overall I would NOT be renting here again.

Sarah, the front clerk lady, I had talked to her on the phone previously she was extremely nice helpful and very pleasant to talk to you on the phone and then once I got here I got here early. She took one look at me. She knew what was going on. I would recommend this place 100 times over. Sarah is extremely nice and obviously cares about her customers. Thank you, Sarah.

Both times that I have stayed here, my room was very clean. Staff is very polite and very pet friendly. They are affordable and the rooms are really nice.
