I had a great experience at this hotel! It’s right off exit 62, making it super easy to find,Good and there are plenty of dining options nearby, including Burger King, McDonald’s, and Taco Bell—perfect for grabbing a quick bite after a long drive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the price was the best I found in the area.

Checked in after a long day at the rodeo and concert. We had rented two rooms, one of the rooms smelled like someone had just smoked a joint. The smell was sickening. We asked for another room but they said they didn’t have another room. The rooms are in dire need of repair. Please go somewhere else. This place is a dump.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the spa services were top-notch. The only downside was the limited breakfast options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel adventure!”

Would not recommend booking day of, hesitant to even recommend booking in advance to where you might only pay $70. Ceiling material falling in at one corner of room luckily not over a bed, same in bathroom. Room smelled of smoke. Bathroom did not looked like it had been cleaned and if that was "clean" , I'd hate to see dirty. HAd to go get shampoos. 5am , no coffee in lobby, was told to come back at 6, pretty sure coffee doesnt take that long to make once asked for it. Come back at 6 for coffee..That was not coffee. I suppose if youre in a pinch stay, otherwise spend the few extra dollars and move on.

Avoid at All Costs: A Nightmare Stay

This was, without a doubt, the worst motel/hotel experience I’ve had in years, and I won’t be returning. From check-in to check-out, it was an absolute disaster. Unfortunately, we were in town for an event and had no other options, so we were stuck.

Upon checking into our first-floor room, I immediately killed a roach and reported it to the front desk, where the owner/manager happened to be present. She apologized and assured me the room would be deep cleaned the next day. However, when we returned to the room after leaving for our event around noon, it was clear nothing had been done—not even basic housekeeping or a change of sheets.

Adding to the frustration, the front lobby was locked in the evening, forcing guests to walk around the building to enter through side doors. With a bad knee and difficulty walking, I asked if I could simply pass through the lobby to reach my room. The staff member refused, further compounding the discomfort and inconvenience.

I took every precaution to avoid bringing pests home, placing suitcases high off the ground and storing food in the car. Despite these efforts, my wife found a dead roach in her suitcase after we returned home, even after letting the bags sit in the garage for a week to avoid contamination.

When I checked out, I requested to speak with the manager about the issues, including the uncleaned room and roach infestation. The front desk attendant claimed no manager was available, offered no contact information, and made no effort to address the situation or provide any sort of resolution.

This was not just a disappointing stay—it was a ROACH-INFESTED nightmare. If you value cleanliness, respect, and basic hospitality, stay far away from this place!

The owner responded with standard corporate lingo, but didn't offer any type of compensation for my traumatizing stay.

Roach motel! We reserved several rooms, not one was acceptable. Roaches, dirty, no toilet paper, lack of towels, stains, smoke stench, hallways that smell like marijuana, and no customer service. It was terrible. We checked for bed bugs and that was the only thing we didn’t find. I had a better stay at the hospital on my second night.

The place was pretty decent for the price, it had a working vending machine, ice machine and well maintained rooms. It's just half a mile away from exit 62, has many food joints around it. It has ample parking space available. Couple of gas stations at the eyesight. Definitely gets my positive review. The front desk agent "M" was also really helpful.
