Cons: Leaky faucet with bucket and towels under sink. No towels for washing, needed to request. Not very clean, patched on the walls and ceiling from damage that have not been touched up. Trash still full, poor water pressure and inefficient toilet. The cold water won’t work for quite a while after the toilet is flushed.

Pros: friendly staff eager to assist on issues. Beds looked clean and insect free. I didn’t have any issues with the wifi. Conveniently close to the hospital as well as a short walk from some fast food options. The tv and air conditioning also worked as well as would be expected.

Positive: The room was clean. Negative: The hotel needs a lot of repairs. The safe didn?t operate, the outlets were worn out and plugs wouldn?t stay in, I had to jiggle the cord on the microwave to get it to power on, and the wooden furniture is coming apart in places.

Oh my gosh, I'm telling you to stay away. That room had some hairy looking spiders. With this promise not updated. No USB force. I couldn't find the heat and She put me on the 3rd floor I Don't Know Why there's plenty of rooms available downstairs way. Over price, I mean, if they were like 5040 yd in the motel. 6 is a relaxer than this place. So I moved out and moved into the holiday.Inn Express down the road for another $20.I had a pool fitness room and there.I had to walk up 3 flights of icy steps.I'm a bugs.Uh no breakfast just disgusting

Positive: Price was right. Staff very accommodating. Good location with several restaurants nearby. Negative: Heat thermostat did not work very well. Takes a long time to adjust.

I had an amazing time! The check-in and check-out processes were efficient. However, my room had a few issues. Some outlets didn't work properly, and my plug would fall out. Additionally, some items in the room need maintenance, such as a bent lamp and torn wallpaper/paint on the bathroom door. I received only one regular coffee instead of two, and the TV setup was confusing. On the positive side, the hotel is in an excellent location and provides good value for the price. And the bed was super comfy. I did encounter a problem with my key, but the front desk promptly addressed it. Would recommend staying here when visiting Columbus!

Pretty convenient, you get what you pay for. Staff was really friendly. Rooms were clean but I’m 90% sure some of my stuff was stolen from my room lmao

toilet ran non stop...was double charged for my room (they did refund )....a construction guy walked into my locked room while i was in it...noisy from construction...no bugs...pillows and bed comfy

location is really good...price (if its done correctly) isnt bad however they have some improvement needed
