I love this place! Sam and his wife are very accommodating and kind. Anything I needed, they were happy to help. The room was amazing for the price. Very clean. No bugs. Around $100. Pets allowed! I will be staying here or any red roof in from now on!

You get what you pay for here. Don't fool yourself into thinking you're getting some amazing deal, because everything about this place is cheap. It was obvious that my room had not been thoroughly cleaned or restocked after the previous guests left. There was toothpaste in the sink and hair in the shower. Worst of all, there was no soap, shampoo, or toilet paper. At least the guy at the front desk gave me a bar of soap after I asked. The AC made an annoying rattling noise, the water pressure in the shower was weak, there were at least a couple bugs in the room. But at the end of the day, everything functioned. If you're just looking for a cheap place to sleep for a night, this place gets the job done. But if your standards are even a little bit high, do not even consider staying here.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience my family and I encountered during our recent stay at Red Roof Inn. We have been staying at your property for a week, having booked two rooms until our home was ready. Unfortunately, on March 12th, we were surprised to find that our keycards were deactivated, despite our reservation being scheduled until the following morning.||Upon addressing the situation with the staff, I was met with an unprofessional response from an individual at the front desk. He began by commenting on the noise level of our children, claiming they were being loud and disruptive in the parking lot. This was particularly concerning, as we only have three children: a 17-year-old who is mostly at work or school, a 16-year-old who spends most of her time in the room either resting or on the phone, and a 12-year-old who is also frequently at school or in the room with his parents .||Despite our explanation, the staff member continued to insinuate that our family was responsible for noise caused by others, and in a dismissive manner, told us that he no longer wanted us there and that we should leave. This interaction was both unprofessional and rude, and it was clear that the staff member was placing blame on our family without cause.||This behavior is completely unacceptable, and it has left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. I expect a much higher level of service and professionalism, especially as guests who had planned to stay until the next day as originally agreed.||As a result of this experience, I will not be returning to this property in the future, nor would I recommend it to others. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the conduct of your staff to ensure that future guests do not experience similar issues.

Needed a room from traveling all day and this place was the only place that had a room. We got to the room and it literally had not been cleaned. Dirty sheets on the floor (they stayed there) killed a couple of bugs. How this place didn’t have bed bugs is beyond me. The faucet in the bathroom was coming off the sink. No toilet paper. No clean towels. Would have left but I really needed an hour of sleep.

Disgusting. Blankets and covers on one bed were so stained it looked like a blood bath happened. Highly likely unwashed as well. Sheets were washed but stained. Had to go buy pillows and sheets at Walmart. Cheap place, good location but not clean. The bed skirts looked like they’ve never been removed and washed with multiple wet stains.

I been traveling with my family for about 1-2month all around and I never had a problem with this place until today … normally my wife or me calls in for a reservation and ask if it’s okay to check in at 2am and normally is okay but the Indian man in the front was very rude and unprofessional and didn’t even want to help us … I literally had to call red roof customer service and let them know the man did not want to honor our reservation request time and told us to come back at 4pm - so now think about it it’s 2am : mind you that I/we made reservations and called in to make sure it’s okay and then get told no when we arrived with the family … now we have nowhere to stay at … maybe in the streets or in the car or in a ditch you never know but I will no longer come here.
P.S I’ll be going somewhere else , never coming back there again.

Room smelled so bad walking and the fridge was all sticky from a spill or something. The person we called to confirm our reservation hung up on me after they called me back.
