I rented a room for a few nights while waiting for my apartment to be ready. For being as inexpensive as Red Roof is, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. The room was really clean and tastefully decorated. My dog was welcomed without any fees, which was incredibly surprising. The staff was awesome as well. Iriana, who checked us in, helped us immediately with any issue that came up and was extremely friendly. Her customer service is stellar. The maintenance staff is also very professional and skilled too. Thank you!

We stayed for a weekend in late January 2025, and we were happy with our stay. The room was very clean and spacious, with working refrig and microwave. The washer and dryer in the building actually worked! Service was kind, as to be expected. But most important, it was very good value for the price. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

The manager Kristin is awesome! The staff are as well. They are all fairly stern/serious, but in a good way. I've stayed here multiple times and The property is always clean and well maintained, even with renting to people with animals(we have our pup with us too). The location is excellent. Even though it's right off the interstate, the layout of the property is tucked in nicely so you don't get interrupted by traffic etc. Every staff member I've encountered has been friendly, courteous and certainly conducts themselves in an appropriate manner. Laura at the front desk is just a peach. Always bubbly and positive. Roxy is a doll. She is sweet and has an awesome smile. Jim, Roscoe and Carlos are super cool. I don't know everyone's names yet, but intend to get to know them all one visit at a time. Also, the one head cleaning lady is just BEAUTIFUL! I sometimes want to ask for more towels or something just to see her and make her blush 😁.

This place is absolutely amazing, especially for the price. The serve was EXCELLENT and the room was BEAUTIFUL,clean and well managed. I had a problem with tv for a minute or so and someone was at my door to fix it in no time. ( Btw..it was me using the controller, not really the tv.) Lol But, from the lobby to the room was beyond my expectations. And, can't beat the price. I would recommend this place to my own Grandparents or parents. Thank you Red Roof.

I've stayed at Red Roof's before so thought this was smart for a work training trip

Biggest problem the room I was given didn't have hot water and they had no way of fixing or switching me rooms. I also have reached out twice in the last week to try and get a email from them explaining the issue since I need that to turn into our accounting. If someone will follow up with me, I'll revise the review. But as it stands one star.

I would like to say please don't be scared off by the other reviews. This place is newly remodeled and nice. The manager, Kristin, is very courteous and helpful. Check in was great. The day time desk attendant, Laura Beth, is very friendly and efficient at her job. I would even like to mention Carlos who is maintenence. Each staff member that I have dealt with during my stay is committed to providing excellent customer service. I plan on extending my stay and would recommend to any and all who want a budget friendly clean and peaceful stay.

Best prices in Tucson recently remodeled 24 hours surveillance, clean place To stay whether it’s business or with your family love the fact that you can see the beautiful Arizona sunsets.
Customer service is great! just ask for Laura Beth she the best she will answer any questions you have and will go out of her way to help you in any way she can she goes above and beyond to make sure that your stay is pleasant definitely recommending this place.

If you like nice, clean and fresh motels... You should pass. Pass hard infact! If you smoke
... I recommend a Hard Pass for you also. The over all appearance was nice. It's upgraded with a really nice TV situation. Beds were new... BUT...!!! They were not clean. Plenty of grungy remnants of other ppl. Hair and drool marks on the crisp newer white sheets. A raisin stuck to the ground. And a ring in the toilet. Along with plenty of mysterious spots of grunge on the bathroom floor. Also some white powder all over the AC unit. Hinting to a previous bed bug infestation that may have been handled. I didn't see any.

After stepping out to smoke I was told if I was seen by staff they would use it as a reason to fine us for smoking in the room. That seams a bit desperate. Newly remodeled rooms not being taken care of by staff yet over exaggerated attempts to gain more revenue in dishonest ways.
This is not to mention the area gave me the creeps. I felt on my toes with the staff and outside environment. I would pass if you can't handle this kind of stay.
Over all it is way nicer than the, Minks!
