my boyfriend and I stayed here and just checked in. the front desk receptionist (the girl with the mullet and septum piercing) was super busy but she was really fast at checking the other customers in, friendly and knowledgeable of the area and how to explain where our room was located. super happy about the ac and the room was very clean. we were so glad the rooms had a mini fridge and that they were pet friendly. we love to travel with my dog so this was super awesome. the location is great too. it was after 10 pm and it was easy to find. there’s a gas station and a dennys we will visit in the morning. it’s right on the freeway so its super convenient. 5/5 would recommend

I made a reservation and had to cancel last minute. Per their cancellation policy, I would have been eligible for a partial refund, less the cost of the first nights stay. When I called the front desk to cancel, she said it would not be an issue but she has to leave a message for her supervisor. I also emailed the supervisor. Never heard back from them. When I called again, I was told, they would not accept my cancellation and won't honor any refund. After multiple attempts, they would not change their mind. I have stayed here in the past and since I come to this area several times a year, this is a big loss for them. I will never stay there again, will tell every friend and family member to not stay there. they are rude and do not honor their own cancellations policy. Never will stay there again. Better off at the Best Western next door.

Room wasn't really cleaned, bedside tables had sticky rings from previous drinks, floor in bathroom was slightly dirty. Bed fresh and clean, only 2 small trashcans in room filled fast.
Quiet, but there were alot of construction workers/trucks staying here out in front and hanging out leaving area to feel slightly unsafe.
Someone was attempting to unlock a vehicle with a slimjim as we drove in to check in.

Unsanitary Rooms! Pubic hair on toilet seat, Dirty phones, desk, mattresses heavily soiled! sheets hair from previous customers found everywhere in the room! VERY LOUD YOU CANT GET GOOD QUALITY SLEEP. DOGS BARKING & THIN WALLS CAN HEAR TALKING, TVS NEXT DOOR ESPECIALLY IF YOUR ROOM IS NEXT TO THE ELEVATOR WHICH WAS MY EXPERIENCE! Received Terrible Customer Service! Once i expressed my unfortunate experience to GManager Nishant Patel, Michelle Safley-Redmond Director & Guest Relations. I'm Hoping the Presint of Red Roof INN Zach Gharib takes the time to hear Customers Experiences & or Owner of this Franchise hotel. I uploaded pictures. False Marketing on the website it shows No Cigarette burn marks on blankets they should upload accurate pics! As the ones I uploaded during my stay
I WANT TO HELP YOU THE PERSON THAT IS READING This REVIEW BEFORE MAKING A DECISION TO BOOK THIS HOTEL Red Roof Inn Marana. Take Your Money BOOK YOUR Stay HOTEL take your BUSINESS TO A HOTEL THAT IS GOING TO OFFER YOU A CLEAN QUIET ROOM, MATTRESS amenities! I've Never Received such terrible Customer Service. Nobody that works for Red Roof Inn Takes Pride in Providing a" clean Sanitized Quiet rooms." Thats all i asked for & that is their promise Founder James Trueman states he built his business in providing "clean Comfortable rooms" That was not my Experience! Red Roof Inn Website states they still believe in James Truemans Business Motto. I believe I had great communication during my stay & upon check out I asked to speak to a Manager to communicate my unfortunate experience & establish resolution. No Manager was available to speak to.
I think it's important I quote the General Manager Nishant Patel he responded to me by email on 8/25 "I'm sorry that your experience didn't meet your expectations. "We Value You as a Guest"
I escalated to Guest Relations part of Corporate. Spoke to a few different customers Service reps. Including supervisorS I received an email From Director of Franchise Michelle Safley Redmon I think it's important I quote her reply aswell to show the type of customer service they provide & how they don't care or Value Customers. They Just want to take your money & offer you unsanitary loud rooms! Her email read as follows "We regret that the situation has not been resolved to your satisfaction" We strive to meet the expectations of our guest" " We are unable to offer any resolution" In the same email she states that they Strive to improve the quality of services to meet the expectation of their guest"
I booked through Super.com Don't recommend them either they are quick to take your money but don't offer resolution for the customer & their excuse is they are a 3rd party! If they can advertise this hotel & take your money they should advocate listen to customers concerns. Clean Sanitized Quiet Rooms is all a Customer really wants I don't know how that's asking for too much & if they can't provide that I believe a refund should be issued to the customer especially if they communicated these concerns to staff during their stay.

I enjoyed my stay at the red roof Inn. The hotel was a decent two star hotel. It had free coffee and my room was clean and neat. A nice surprise was that pets stay free! They just have to be declared at check-in.||What really stood out for me, however, was the overnight desk clerk. Rene was very friendly, and I was impressed that he was able to check me in and get me situated and guide me to where I should park while carrying on a pleasant conversation. I love that he seems to enjoy his job and was so friendly even though he is the late night/overnight desk clerk. (I’ve encountered quite a few grumpy ones.) I knew he had a couple people in line at the desk when I went up to my room, but when I called down to ask for a wake up call, he remembered my first name and said he would make sure to write it down in case the system didn’t record my request properly. Efficient and friendly. He made my night!

What can I say? I knew it since the beginning that this is a cheap hotel. I expected just a few crew members and not any food options, but it was worst than that.

Beds were just horrible… the mattresses need an update asap. Rooms were not disgusting, but there were a lot of spiderwebs on the corners .

It started to rain when we arrive and the rainwater came in through the windows, which were closed. We asked for the housekeeper to help us to clean the mess, but guess what? If was Friday, the housekeeper day off… we asked for more towels, and they told us to bring the dirty towels to the lobby first.

Anyway… just don’t stay there… the lady attending the lobby was the only valuable asset in this hotel… don’t know her name, but she was awesome…

Beyond that, there’re more cheap options in Marana with a better service.

Positive: Check-in lady was cheerful and helpful. There were a lot of construction guys working on the hotel during our stay; they were courteous. The coffee in the lobby was delicious. The location next to the truck area worked great for me. Negative: The bathtub looked rusty around the drain; I did not feel comfortable in the tub and definitely would not take a bath in it.
