Super cute little retro motel (I loved the old signage). Rooms were very clean and smelled very nice. Loved that there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Parking was super tight because they were sold out that weekend but we always got a spot. Beds were comfortable. Shower was hot. Door was a little hard to close (room 214) and had a semi large gap under the door which let in light and noise after dark but overall we had a really nice stay. Very friendly staff and maids.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The owner knowingly double charged me and is refusing to refund me. He hung up on me when I called to ask about it. Completely unprofessional. Not to mention the room was DISGUSTING. Brown stains on the bedsheets, hair in the shower, the whole room smelled like a public restroom. I'm glad I had sleeping bags and air freshener with me but I'm sorry for those who don't.... I truly felt unsafe here. I kept checking out the peephole to make sure my car was there and untouched. Unfortunately it wasn't until we were leaving in the morning that we noticed the maid's cart outside had WEEDS growing through it....clearly it hasn't been touched or moved in quite a while. I don't even know how this place is still open and running, or how it has as many good reviews as it does. It's very misleading. If you are looking for a place to stay, please keep looking. Don't make the mistake I did by staying here.

I stayed there for a business trip, the room was spacious and comfortable as advertised, everything worked well and I was treated nicely. The location is very convenient.
My main issues would be some small stains in the bedsheets and the lack of toilet paper in the room.

There is not a better place for the price, the location, or the quality service anywhere in Tucson. I am usually treated very well regardless of who is working at the front desk. As long as the rooms are spacious-which they are, and i don’t have to wait too long to get a room, i am happy. 5 stars!! See you again real soon.

We had a fantastic stay at the Red Roof Inn in Tucson! The kids were thrilled to see the largest TV they’ve ever encountered in a hotel room. It definitely added to their excitement. The room looked newly renovated and were impressively clean, spacious, and comfortable, making our stay very relaxing.
Highly recommend this place for families looking for a comfortable, affordable, and enjoyable stay!

Was in horrific car accident on 12/20. Husband, son, and daughter were rushed to hospital at the scene. I walked in SO tired and scared. Nadir at front desk made me feel comfortable and safe. He was emphatic to my situation and patient while I booked online finding the best rate.
In the morning my family was released from hospital and PIA at front desk in AM was SO caring and helpful to our needs at checkout. Pia you were one of our Angel's that morning, THANK YOU!
I was in a downstairs room in back corner 119. Room had great locks making me feel safe as I was alone all night inside. The A/C worked great! Room, bathroom and beds VERY clean and super comfortable! Ice cold, clean fridge, microwave, desk and chair, good tv guide selection.

THE ONLY REASON I give a 4 star is because I forgot to get my receipt and had to get it to the claim adjuster before the holiday and when I called to get my receipt on 12/23, a lady who said her name was Asia was not very friendly and acted frustrated that she took my email down wrong when I made her repeat it back to me. She assured me she would email it right away, then just left without sending it, even after she repeated it back to me correctly.
THANK YOU to the man who called me to follow up about my stay and connecting me to Ron at front desk who finally got my receipt to me later that night. Ron was AWESOME, he was friendly and quick, even staying on phone with me until I could confirm it was on my email!

Room was very clean, furniture in good condition. Pleased with liquid hand soap and lotion dispenser at bathroom sink and body wash and shampoo dispensers in the shower. Good room for the price. Only complaint is parking lot situation not great. Lots of cars taking up 2 spaces (already limited spaces). Other than that it was a good stay and I would stay again. Super convenient to UofA
