Almost every hotel we tried was full, so we stayed here. Service was friendly and the process was quick. The room, however, was in need of attention. We didn't expect much for the price but when we walked in, there was a musty smell. There was no big issue that made us want to leave, but I wouldn't stay here again. The walls were stained and in some areas the dust was thick. It seems like it needs a good deep cleaning and fresh paint.

Rooms need review. Amenities are scant- no lotion or makeup remover and only travel package of tissues, but the room was clean: the bed was comfortable & reasonably quiet. Area of town is a little run down so that doesn't help the overall impression because the hotel itself had well maintained grounds.

We were reluctant to stay here because of the bad reviews we had read BUT those reviews were NOT what we found. The staff was very friendly, I went down to get sheets etc for the sofa bed and she volunteered to bring them to the room and arrived promptly. The rooms were clean and smelled very good. No sign of mold mildew nor infestations. Very pleased with the condition of this hotel.

This property is VERY CLEAN, and under $100! like Red Roof Inns it is no frills. The staff was so friendly. We were so happy to find a nice clean room for $69.00! We only need a place to sleep for the night. Very impressed with the room and staff! No breakfast, but again we only paid $69.00!

I am a club member. And have stayed many times in various locations as it is pet friendly . I have a service dog.
Arrived after 7pm and booked 2 rooms, quickly checked the rooms.. my friend and I were 3-4 rooms apart.
There was a lady with the room table outside with a table top BBQ cooking outside her room.
My friend and I went out for some food. Returned with in a hour.
I used the toilet- it would not stop running. The tv would not come on from the NO SIGNAL.. screen.
I had to put the cable into the phone receiver and hold it to call the office. I had to call twice to have someone attend my room.
He never got to the tv as the toilet could not be repaired. And was told I would need to move rooms.
I requested a room beside my friend and i was advised the area was fully booked. I’d have to go to the other end of the hotel….not having a choice. I went to the other room in the hotel.
each room has a laminated piece of paper with approximately 80 TV channels listed. I had none with no signal on the screen and again I called the office. I was told to put it onto channel 83 as they were changing the system I went to channel 83 and was provided with 6 channels this is unacceptable. I told the lady at the office and she’s basically hung up on me.
The lady at check was very friendly and the gentleman that came to try and fix the toilet was friendly, but I didn’t appreciate the young girl who was on the phone and basically hung up on me.
There’s a pool advertised in the photos when I checked for the pool. It was low on water and green , unusable.

We decided to stay there for 1 night, after 30 minutes after check in or so I realised I couldn’t stay there at all:
1. VERY BAD smell, I mean, it was some kind of an old furniture smell or smth but please if you have asthma or allergy it is not worth it to stay there, I couldn’t breathe normally while staying inside.
2. The pillows smelled like cigarette smoke 100% I couldn’t lie on them.
3. The staff wasn’t friendly at all, we invited the receptionist to our room, he came and said that he gave us the cleanest room in the hotel and it wasn’t smelly at all. Moreover, he refused to change the room as it was more than 30 min after check in.

We had to leave after all of this and of course no refund was made.

Located close to I75 and nearby restaurants. The first problem we encountered was that our keys didn't work upon check-in, and we had to go back to the front desk to reprogram them. 2nd problem: We put items in the fridge, and it made an annoying rattling noise when it ran, which was continuously for several minutes. Finally deduced the noise was the microwave on top of it rattling. However, the microwave was bolted down, so it couldn't be repositioned. We were finally able to turn the fridge so it was level and the rattling stopped.
The next problem was that the TV was not responsive, and every channel we tried resulted in "no signal." We called the front desk, and she said to enter 83 to reset it. That worked, but we still could only get half the stations on the channel list in our room. Called the front desk again, and she said maybe the channel list was outdated as they recently changed providers. She did not have an updated copy and would ask her supervisor when she came in, perhaps in a couple of hours.
Otherwise, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The sitting chair was very worn.
It's hard to decide if the minor aggravations were worth the difference in rates for a higher rate hotel.

The hotel was very CLEAN, the staff friendly, and the price was very good. We paid $69.00 plus taxes. We just needed a place to sleep while traveling. Didn’t know what to expect for|The price since every other place was well over $100. We will stay again when traveling through Georgia.
