If you are in transit and need a place to stay right off the I95, this is a great spot. Their staff is amazing. I met DJ and explained I was towing a trailer with a very expensive car inside, he explained where to park and also explained there is a camera on the trailer. There are a LOT of parking sports in the rear dedicated for large trailers. I saw 18 wheelers back there and it was safe. So if you are traveling with a trailer or large truck etc this is the spot to park. They do not offer breakfast but there is a Mcdonalds next door so you don't have to drive you trailer around before checkout time to get breakfast. If you want a quick stop off before continuing your trip, this place is great. Thank you again DJ for your kindness!

Only gave a 1 star because I couldn't give a zero. First of all, I booked a king room on the first floor because my husband and I are both afflicted with arthritis making stairs a difficult climb. When we arrived there were no king rooms available on the first floor, so we were given a double queen. At least we had a place to sleep.The room was filthy. Floors had caked on spots of goo , the tub had black rings of grime all around, the walls of the shower had soap scum build up, the toilet was filthy around the bottom and near the floor, the microwave and fridge were reprehensible, the steel door was split and rusted, cobwebs were in numerous places, and the list goes on. There was no hot water, warm but not hot. The young man at the desk was pleasant and said he would take care of everything, but no reimbursement because we slept in the room. I get it, the Red Roof Inn has a no refund for cancelation policy or for any other reason apparently! Please don't fall for their pricing and advertising features; you will most likely be disappointed! I will do my best to report this to the health inspector.

Thank you for responding to my review. You have responded to all of the others as well. As much as I appreciate the response, I would appreciate a resolution even more. I would like at least a 50% refund. You provided a bed, but, you did not provide heat. The two go hand in hand and I paid for both. Please resolve this issue in a professional way. Refund half of my payment. Thank you.

My 81 year old Mother and I were traveling from TN To FL on 1-23-25, to visit her childhood friend and were forced to stay at this hotel, due to the snow storm. All others were booked. This place was nasty! Everything metal was covered in rust and everything was filthy. The worst part, though, was having absolutely no heat, only cold air blowing on us during a snow storm. Imagine your 81 year old Mother wrapped up in clothing and a thin blanket freezing all night. It was horrible. The next morning, I spoke to the young girl at the desk and told her about the heat and she said there was nothing she could do. I told her I would like at least a 50% discount, if not more and she told me her manager would call me. That was three days ago and still no contact and no refund. I am a retired Hotel General Manager and I can tell you, this is not how guests should be treated.

For the sake of your own health and safety, do not stay here. This hotel is an absolute disgrace and should be shut down immediately.

From the moment I stepped into the room, it was clear that cleanliness and basic hygiene are nonexistent. The sheets were stained and covered in hair, making it obvious that housekeeping had either completely neglected their job or doesn't exist at all. The toilet was filthy, coated in stains, and the bathtub was equally gross.

But the most important and horrifying discovery came when I checked the bed and found a used syringe and needle were lying under the comforter. This isn’t just about dirty sheets or a lack of upkeep this is a dangerous, potentially life-threatening situation. This hotel is not only negligent but completely lacks guest safety.

This place is beyond disgusting. There is absolutely no excuse for such reckless endangerment of guests.

Shut this place down. Immediately.

We stayed for a month. Into going into the room, the curtain was torn to pieces, sone places missing. The bed had dirt stains on it. The bathtub had black stains like someone just took a bath. Never walk in your socks or barefoot, your feet will get smut black. Loud people all night. Can hear from other rooms around. The people at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The housekeepers were good. But one side note. You don't mop the floor with a wet/damp mop. Didn't clean it real good. We didn't have a remote control, had to go get one. I have had bad experience with Red Roof. There are several hotels around. I recommend use them. I will next time

Remember when domestic road trips were fun, and the hotel was part of the adventure? Well, this was a disappointment. I know that 2 star is budget. But budget still could cost someone a days wages to rest their head for the night. So minimum expectations are cleanliness, safety and the advertised amenities.

This room seemed to have a clean bed. However there was visible debris on the floors, bulbs that were out, not one single hanger on the rail or a hook in sight, and a coffee machine with stirrers and sugar, but an empty basket where the coffee would normally be kept. Really unfortunate. For a short stay, have the basics stocked.

As I was leaving, before I even made it to my car, a very nice man passed me and collected the bedding for laundry. My initial impression that the bed was clean was probably correct. However should that really be the nicest thing I have to say about this experience?

I stayed here with family at the red roof inn and it was completely horrible. I rented a room for my elderly uncle who has health issues who was moving . When I went to the room the bedsheets was DIRTY it had stains . Also the bathroom was also DIRTY . And on top of it the room smelled like cigarettes . He immediately checked out of it and went elsewhere . So when I spoken to the manager about the situation he told me that my money was not refundable . After I explained to him that my uncle did not stay in there . He left because he could not breathe in the room or goto sleep because of the dirty sheets that they did not check or wash . The manager had got very disrespectful and when I asked of the corporate number he told me to google it and hung up on me . This place needs to be shut down immediately or the manager needs to be fired . I never will thought I would have to go this extent to be heard when I kindly ask for a refund after the room was not used . I’m very disappointed in red roof and as a person who always travel and rent rooms feel like this location should be SHUT DOWN for the disgust .

After looking at ALL of these reviews I regret staying at this location. Same check in was perfect the customer service that was provided was friendly and quick. Walking into the room on the other hand was another thing. The handle on the hot water was broken which could not use the hot water. The shower was filthy very very outdated as their promoting “remolded” rooms. The bedding was amazing in a way of disbelief. The lach in the door was missing the main security part. Went back to the front desk and you would have thought it was a different employee at that point. He came into the room said due to me not coming directly down to address the issue he could not in his words “that’s not my problem “. Brought the lock situation up to him he said okay it was not like that when the previous guest stayed there. After calling the manager he moved me to 2 different rooms both lack cleanness burn stains on the sheet (smoke free hotel) burn stain on the tub the front desk man said they were not “burn stains that’s paint “
