I didn’t want to like this property, but I did. I requested a ground floor room which I know is not guaranteed, however the male attendant at the desk was less than accommodating and indifferent. He simply said there was an elevator and a luggage cart. The room was clean and the back provided to be quiet. The grounds were nicely maintained and there were plenty of services close by. Mary at the front desk made the stay enjoyable being pleasant and accommodating. I’d stay there again.

Please put some qualified people to run your motel. Would never come back because the negatives are too much. Only a few employees speak proper English, the building is too old, there is always someone dragging the cleaning cart till all hours of the evening and we have to follow all these rules after we pay to stay here! Your employees are only as strong as the corporate office allows them to be! Free microwave and fridge would be awesome in all the rooms. THIS IS CONNECTICUT IN AMERICA not Tijuana, Mexico!

Pet friendly. MARY AND HER STAFF are amazing! Clean rooms, noone bothers us. Quiet at times, can sleep through the night. Comfy pillows and bed! Got fridge and microwave that works. T V and remote work. I would stay here again and again! Budget-friendly.

Decent hotel. Good Value of your money. My room was clean. Only issue was full of room spray smelled like cinnamon. I didn’t like it. Other than very good place to stay. Few mark ups here and there in the room but not a big deal. When you arrive late might dont expect good greetings from the counter guy lol. No thanks No hi or hello lol straight away he’s say “ld and card…” and you go in circles in your mind whether i really disturbed this guys sleep at might or what?lol.

Do to the passing of my parents that I took care of for the last 3years of there lives .I have been homeless sleeping in my car at times tilli got . A bit of money from the house selling. I've been able to stay here I cant say more good things about the whole staff everyone is very pleasant to all the time !! It's made the hardest last year of my life a lot better due to the employees that work here !! Kinda became like family to me the manager marry is the best has made the stay here very nice rooms are always clean and nice ! And if there is a problem witch in my case I have had none at all ! House keepers and the maintenance is always on top of any problems with in minutes. Just like to say a huge thank you too the entire staff here ! I will and have not stayed at any other hotels in town other then 2 times and they were truly nightmares my room at one hotel got broken into While I was in the room !! My service dog took care of it ! Sorry to go on but I'm speaking from the heart love it here and recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay !! Sincerely Shaun

I’ve been coming here for years, This is my go to place when I need to get away, or when friends and family are here from out of town Red Roof is where they stay, staff is always friendly and respectful and hands down they have the best housekeeper’s the rooms are always clean and well maintained especially seeing they allow pets. You would think that you get what you pay for but not here you get $150+ nite service but yet it’s under $100 so overall Red Roof deserves 10stars in my opinion

❤️ the entire staff from housekeeping to front desk are so darn polite & professional!! And the General Manager, Merry is so bomb! This place runs so smoothly because of her and morale is very high amongst the staff. It’s like extended family ❤️ yasss this is the place to be! I’ll be back
