This was the absolute worst hotel we've ever stayed in. Ask for and got a confirmation for a ground floor, smoke free room. Didn't get it! Pulled into a parking lot reeking with pot odor! Hookers sitting on the stairs. Half used shampoo bottles in the shower. Parking lot full of cigar butt's. Night clerk sleeping on the desk. Just a horrible experience.

I didn't know the climate control was broken until I woke up from my nap, there was enough toilet paper for one wipe, good thing there was a face cloth. When I brought this to their attention the attitude and questions I was asked led me to believe they were not going to change my room or refund me. I just left and chalked it up to experience. What I don't get is that the manager had to know the room was garbage yet he put me in it and collected the money. I don't know that I will try Red Roof Inns again, I know I won't consider this one again.

Do not stay here...every review that mentions the filth of this place is spot on. No real guest would leave anything above a 1 star review at this place. The front desk was very nice at check in but beyond that we had dirty beds, dirty floors, dirty towels, ac unit with mold and rust, broken fridge, and broken shower to name a few. Trash everywhere outside the place, long term guests living out of the place and loud noises at night.

I stayed at this place and to be honest it was ok. At first I was unhappy because of the cleanliness of the room however the same nice lady that checked me in was on it when I complained about the room. I was going to get something to eat and she had my room very clean and smelling great when I came back. Fresh sheets and even the floor that was previously dirty was spotless. Thank you very much Cathy your a true asset to that establishment. A few more like you would really make any business.

This is not a safe place to stay. Our room door was wide open when we arrived. We weren’t sure if someone was in the room which was scary. The room itself was ok, but had a heavy Lysol spray. There were sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot and there was heavy smell of marijuana in the air. We decided not to stay as we concerned for our safety.

The room are like most hotels. The parking is a little tight. Came here for a one week job. My first night there my microwave started sparking. I got in touch with the front desk and she said the maintenance man would come up to check. To my surprise, Wayne (I think was his name) came up within 25 minutes and just replaced the microwave with a new one. All the staff was courteous and friendly. Close to a lot of shopping and restaurants.

The lady at the front desk, she appears Indian maybe, needs to be fired. She doesn’t treat the guests kind at all. Every last person down there is pleasant and she is highly disrespectful. She is an entire disrespectful vibe. The guy who appears to be the owner is kind, that lady needs to go.

My wife and I checked into room 116. The room was nasty!! The blankets and sheets were stained. There were bugs!! Live bugs! I went to the front desk and asked for a refund. I was told that no refunds are given. We refused to stay in a filthy room.
