After a dismal experience at another hotel the same night, we came here. While the room has some issues, the staff here was polite and accommodated us immediately.

Glad for a comfortable bed to sleep in for the night in a quiet hotel. I stay at RRI fairly regularly with my travels and normally hear a bunch of foot traffic/people - we definitely did not with this one and it was appreciated.

Positive: To be honest these reviews had me a little worried about staying here but after all was said and done there's no real complaints. From was mostly clean, BUG FREE was the most important. Staff has been polite and helpful when needed. Negative: Only downside wish they had breakfast and vending machine wasn't so expensive.

The room we were staying in had bed bugs. When we complained they gave us a new room, but there was a dead bed bug under the pillow and food trash under the bed.

However, when we said we were leaving after 3 if our 4 nights, they refunded us a good chunk of what we paid.

You get what you pay for... these rooms look NOTHING like the pics, false advertising.

The rooms are NOT very clean, the beds are questionable. I chose to ignore pulling back the sheet like the people did in one of those pics, simply because I needed some rest and I know if I physically saw anything wrong, I would try to find somewhere else to stay.

The company I work for paid for this room, so I am trying not to get worked up about it.

The room I stayed in, the toilet seat isn't fixed to the toilet, almost fell in...ewwww...

The AC unit is dirty but not as dirty as the 2nd room they tried to give me. There is questionable material on the walls, I saw the pic with the black light,... I'm just going to say I saw those other pics after the fact... my fault for coming here, but that won't happen again... smh...

Like I said, you get what you pay for...

Room 146 is nice but room 229 isn’t all that .
Our first stay was on a Friday night, and was quite pleasant. Our second stay was on a Sunday night, and it was not.

I was greeted informally at check in a commanded to have a seat while a room was located for my reservation. When I politely declined after having waited 10 minutes to be greeted due to a conversation happening in the back room , the employee then gave me 229. A second floor room ” I had requested a ground floor room” .

Upon entering the room was well over 80 degrees and had multiple broken fixtures.

I liked the Friday night service and room ”146”
Way more than the dreaded Sunday night service room ”229”

I did notify the front desk and another employee,a nice lady offered us a different room, to which I politely declined .

We experienced a non working phone
Broken door locks on front door and bathroom, and a broken yet still intact lightbulb over one of the beds

Too bad the first night was really enjoyable!

Nir is the coolest young man that works his butt off all hours of the day and night while maintaining a positive attitude and friendly smile. I always feel like he is happy to see you and makes you feel like he is a friend.
He always makes you feel welcome and appreciated when you approach him.
The staff has been very reasonable and understanding when with us during a difficult time in our family’s lives.

I had a house fire and have been staying in hotels for close to a year. I stayed here for about 3 months of in the spring - summer and had a great experience. I left only to move in with a friend and it didn't work out so I came right back here. The price is the best around. The rooms are pretty big and always clean. I've never seen a bug here. I do book trough booking.com to get a better price. Also, pets stay free which allowed me to keep my babies. Thank you so much Red Roof Inn. You guys have been great.

I had a great experience at Red Roof Inn Dayton North Airport. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. The location is very convenient, close to the airport and surrounded by restaurants and stores.

The customer service was excellent—friendly and helpful staff who made sure everything was good during my stay. For the price, this place is a great deal. If you’re looking for an affordable stay without sacrificing comfort, this is a solid choice!
