I ordered my room through a third-party website and I accidentally booked a smoking room. When I brought it to the desk initially, he told me that I can’t change the room and as I was walking out in frustration, he changed it for me. The mistake was all mine but he still worked with me anyway. Small cheap room, shower and toilets works fine. Couldn’t get the WiFi to work on my PS5 but that’s to be expected from this place. The walls are thin so I hear loud cars and loud music but it’s saving me 30 bucks from the next hotel so I’m ok with it. Theres an awesome restaurant walking distance from it which has some awesome staff and great food.

The room was very big which was nice with a 2 year old. Gave him lots of room to explore. However, the room hadn’t been swept before we checked it because there was leaves & dirt on the ground when we got in. Also, one of the beds had a bug on it. Not a bed bug but like a little bug. Other than that, our stay was peaceful

Guys, I had a worse experience at this hotel. Let me tell you what happened to me. I made a reservation 6 months in advance just to get a better rate through hotel.com come to Blyth redroof in. Almost every year we do the RV show so I have to find a budget hotel in Blythe and this time went with Red roof inn. It was my worst nightmare. What happened was when I checked in The guy at the counter told me oh, cannot find your reservation so you have to pay higher price then I showed him the reservation that i had through hotel.com and then he said oh still can't find there. But anyway I will honor it. So he charged me for my stay for the nine nights but on my credit card I saw two transaction pending so I thought that one of them might drop but it didn't. The transaction went through and I was surprised so I went to the office and asked them what happened. Why there's two charges on my card and he told me that? Oh yeah you had two reservations came in under your name so we charge you for both of them and I said how can you charge me for both of them if lI'm only staying in one room And only made one reservation and he told me. Oh yeah you went through hotel.com so don't know the hotel.com is sending me to reservation to the office so we charge you for the both. So I told him well. I need refund for one of the reservations so he tried to play a game with me and say we don't offer any refund. So you have to pay for both of the reservation even though you're staying in one room then he told me I have to contact hotel.com and I contacted them and they told me that this reservation was pay as you go when you check in. That's when you pay and I only checked in for one room but they charged me for 2 reservation. So guys be careful. Don't ever give him any credit card number. These people are a scammer. They like to scam innocent people and charge them double. Be careful everybody. I still trying to get my money back. Finally, I'm going to do a charge back through my credit card and let them deal with them. But this is ridiculous. This is the first incidents ever happened to me like that. I never thought this would have happened to me. So guys be careful at this hotel.

Positive: Clean and quiet. Negative: The staff. The receptionist's English was very limited and was very hard to communicate with him. I tried to add another day he wanted us to leave the room at 11 am and return at 3 pm. This didn't make sense nor was convinent. We ended up leaving.

Positive: It was close to the 10 and the bed were comfortable Negative: There was candy wrappers in the nightstand mold and mildew around the tub no shampoo , I?m hoping they were chocolate stains on the sheets and pillows. We only stayed because we were dead tired and couldn?t get a refund

The gentleman at the front desk was nice. The office was clean and tidy. However it was hot and without AC and it was 106 outside. My room was nice and cool. My room was very neat and clean. I had absolutely no water pressure in my shower at 11:30 at night. I had cockroches crawling on my bed!..

Patel was the representative that took my service. Very fast and easy service. Very respectful man. I would recommend staying here. Sanitary wise was very clean and organized.
