Great hospitality, somebody is always available to help out if needed. Safe environment and plenty of parking. Very comfortable. And stay pretty often. Also, just wanted to make sure to thank “Kay” personally for his great help this morning with renewing our reservation and helping answer all of my questions. He wad super helpful and extremely nice. Highly recomend!!!

Siva and the other employees at the Red Roof Inn in Akron are very friendly and nice. Donny helped me with a Red Roof Inn membership to help make my stay here more affordable. Last night I placed my cell phone on the bed with me and went to sleep, I could not find my phone at 5am. I called the front desk with the phone provided in the room. I promptly received a call back to my cell phone. I was sitting on my phone.

For the price it was clean and beds were comfortable. Surprisingly it was pretty quiet even with highway close by. Bring your own shampoo and soap. They were empty. But overall not bad.

Across the street from Walmart, the rooms are nice one dog is free which is perfect if your staying multiple nights other hotels charge daily fees . The beds are comfortable! And there is a lot of area for you to walk your dogs the hotel clean and quiet

The staff was really nice. We love going to Red Roof Inns because of our dog. Unfortunately this one gets 3 stars because the first room we had (104) was pretty bad. It smelled really bad, like wet feet. The room looked nice. The desk next to the TV was attached to the wall but hanging at an angle. We decided to stay there even with the smell. When we woke there were cockroaches in our bags. We left and when we came back from our day there was a cockroach in the bed. I then noticed the door was not sealed at the bottom. Probably how roaches were just coming in.

I told the front desk, showed pictures, and asked for another room and they immediately moved us. They were really apologetic and said they would get the door fixed. I really appreciated it.

When we got to the second room it smelled great, and looked great. They were doing renovations and it looked very nice. The only thing was the same desk was hanging at an angle and could not tell if any weight would break it.

Stayed for 2 days here. I am far away from home and I would deff recommend this hotel. Everything was close by and mrs. Siva was very nice and was very kind of our safely. Thank you to the staff here.

Positive: "" Negative: The room smelled really bad of cigarette smoke and body odor, enough that I could not enjoy my stay at all. Lots of broken fixtures and dirty surfaces, the desk chair was broken, and the Wi-Fi was weak and slow and kept disconnecting.
