Went to this location today for a nice work lunch and was pleased with my initial ordering experience, I walked in to order a to-go order for my co-workers and I. I wanted to glance over the menu so I gave the written order of my co workers to the waitress and after she wrote what was down on the paper given to her, I processed to give her my order.
I waited for the order and had no issues inside the store. Once back to my work, we got our food out and it was very wrong. The one burger was supposed to be pickles and cheese only. It came fully loaded, while most of time one would scrape what was not wanted off. My co- worker is allergic to onions, so much so that it can not touch her food.
We called the store and requested that they remake the burger and we would bring the other one back. After getting approval from the manager, She said they could remake the burger and it was not necessary to bring the other one back in. Ok great, not that she was going to eat it anyways but she proceeds to tell them her exact order, just as it was written down earlier. She drove 5 miles back to the store only to find out that they put an runny egg on her burger, she said hey, I just drove up here and it was supposed to be only pickles and cheese. The manager walks up and says she's just going to have to accept it because he will have to charge her if they have to remake it again.
Talk about customer service. It was not our fault that you all could not take instructions and make the burger right to begin with, we are very disappointed and could not recommend this establishment, we will not go back for any occasion. Good luck out there folks.

The Uber driver didn't follow my delivery instructions and got lost. He demanded that I come find him. I repeated the directions. He continued to demand that I come to him. I called Red Robin. They were nice but had NO intention of helping me with this. DO NOT get a delivery from Red Robin. They will NOT help you if there's a problem.

Updating previous review concerning missing items. RR reached out and suggested I contact there service email, which I did. And ... a service representative actually called! Very impressed in this day where most business contacts go unacknowledged. The result: we received a nice, appropriate credit to our account. Many thanks to Red Robin for the followup and for caring enough to address even minor complaints like we submitted.

Another heads-up for people getting take-out orders: Check it thoroughly before leaving. Our order for a bacon cheeseburger was missing the cheese and the extra onion, both plainly marked on the order. We went to the website immediately and asked for a credit for the less-than-complete order. No angry criticism, just a plain request. That was more than a week ago. No answer. Food is fine, people are pleasant, but when you don't get what you paid for, even small omissions like this, it ruins the mood and makes you unlikely to repeat the experience.

The atmosphere was great. It wasn't too busy or crying kids or anything like that. Allie the manager was really nice. Rylee was my waitress. I have left the Avondale location. Because I have a service animal chante is what she said. Her name is kicked me out for having a service animal, even offering to provide proof of a her letters and registration. So I left the Avondale location and went to the Goodyear location. And I should have came here to begin with, because it was great.The food was great.My service was great.I was treated respectfully at this location, unlike Avondale. As a person that can typically find something to complain about.I really have nothing but good stuff to say about this location. They all work together as a team. One person's guest needs something and one of the other waitresses are available. Then the other waitress will go get it, without an issue. When they needed help, I seen them asking each other for help when they were delighted to work together and help each other out.It was a great atmosphere. The teamwork was exceptional in there. It was absolutely night and day to the Avondale location. If I'm ever back in this area, I'm definitely going to choose this location first. It's worth a few more miles drive to avoid that Avondale location.

We ordered uber eats. We had the salted caramel milkshake, salt and pepper boneless wings and the fondue burger. Honestly the food was not bad. The salt and pepper wings were decent and my wife said she’d order again but they were just extremely too sally. She also enjoyed her milkshake. I thoroughly enjoyed my burger. The only thing that is upsetting is that it shows a cheesy fondue to dip your burger in is supposed to come with it and I didn’t receive mine. It kinda ruins my meal since I only selected this meal for that reason. To dip my burgers and fries in. I’m a heavy saucy guy. Everything else was accurate. Fortunately the burger was very tasty so I was still able to salvage my meal. It’s crazy how a little detail can derail your dinner but overall I was pleasantly surprised with this food.

I like how every time I come to red robins, I can always leave with another meal. Bottomless drinks to go and fries is a plus the food here was really delicious and the tower is so delicious.

Not impressed with the food delivered. Never had Red Robin delivered and never will again. I have been eating here my whole life and it has been consistently good in person.

They gave me the wrong fries(brought it to their attention and they gave me $4 out of $65 back) and they were soggy, Mac n Cheese was cold and nasty.

Would not recommend ordering Red Robin.

Came in today Sunday. We had a waitress who said she was training, she had a gal with her. The unfortunate thing is she the trainer was awful. Didn't check on us, for drink refills or fries or anything. When we wanted to pay my husband flagged her down. The training gal was friendly when she took our order,then we were on our own. When you spend almost 50.00 dollars for two people and can't get service, I will not be back, There are restaurants that cater to their Customers. I choose to spend my at those restur restaurants.
