Everyone here is very rude and they all seem like they don’t want to be there. Place feels and looks like a prison. The entire place is on lock down as soon as the sun goes down. You can’t do laundry at night, they lock up everything and won’t let you in. It says “under new management”, but I say bring back the old management. It can’t be any worse than it is now. Maybe try hiring some maintenance and landscapers to fill in the huge dirt patch in the courtyard. By far the worst place I’ve ever stayed. If I could rate it 0 stars, that would be too much! There is not one single good review on here. Why wouldn’t you attempt something at least to try and improve at least one thing

The lady at check-in was nice as the lobby was closed. Place is close to the Tucson Conference Center so that is a plus. This place is located next to the freeway and the walls are paper thin so be prepared to listen to the constant roar of the freeway all night. That helped muffle the sound a bit of the amorous couple in the adjacent room. Room had a musky smell to it, dirty tile floor, and stains on the blanket on the bed. The surrounding area seemed dangerous and run down, and there was a homeless couple looking through windows as I was leaving. I bolted out of there first thing in the morning. Not the worst "motel" experience, but I will definitely not be coming back.

This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. This place barely functions as a place to stay. It is more of a gathering place for young people in this neighborhood to drink. The place smelled of cigarettes and was full of discarded bottles. The dirty stains on the carpet and the dirty stains on the bedding made me and my kids cry. It was so cold that I had to turn on the heater, but the dust that accumulated on the heater was really the worst. I regretted my choice of a cheap place to sleep for a short while during a long trip. As other Google reviewers have said, this place should not be used by anyone. This place really needs a big change.

I book room for Wednesday Feb 26- Thursday Feb 27 through CLC for my company. They put in notes I'd be a late arrival (12:30 am-1am). I arrive and a note on glass said ring bell, I rang bell four times in a 25min time span, called hotel numerous times and knocked on glass door and had no response for 25 minutes. The area is not the best as well there was quite a few homeless walking in parking lot, I took a few pictures and sent them to CLC and explained situation and they informed me they will work on removing hotel. I 100% would not recommend staying here.

My room has no phone or trash can And I Could hear other people in their rooms talking. It was a warm room, Which was better than sleeping outside in the field. I am homeless but i also know the value of a dollar. I would go on down to the next hotel.

My first time renting a room I want to say that the staff especially the young lady at the front desk helped me with what I needed even though they were going through the transition of the gem show, I will return and recommend Red Lion Inn to everyone, 🙏

Hi. I'm Lulu and despite what others have said in the past about this establishment I would have to say I have not received treatment anything like that. The staff here have been kind, accommodating and associating with staff ive experience an endearing sense of friendliness and belonging. Helps when you're going through enough already you know? The room my friend rented there's absolutely nothing wrong with it, this room specifically looks as if it's been remodeled recently which I've been meaning to ask. TV, is perfect, fridge, AC, furniture, fixtures all in pristine condition, zero complaints. Need less to say i was slightly surprised and beyond grateful. The area the establishment is located is not the best but hey it's Tucson and we make the best of our beautiful city! Thank you Red Lion. On budget and looking for a comfortable stay I recommend Red Lion before any other hotel along the freeway.. Have a nice day. 🙂

This hotel was probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed there’s bedbugs. The owner is very disrespectful and there’s a white lady with no hair that works in the office who is rude and likes to try to put her hands on people when she doesn’t get her way. Don’t recommend this hotel at all if you want to be full of bedbugs.
