Chef Brian with Red Canyon Catering exceeded all expectations! The food was incredible, from the eggplant with pesto, prosciutto and smoked mozzarella appetizers to the mouth-watering Mexican chocolate salted caramel tart. The teriyaki steak and hoisin-glazed steelhead trout were standout entrees, perfectly paired with whipped potatoes, grilled asparagus, and candied carrots. Wow! Chef Brian's catering our home dinner party of 40 greatly exceeded our expectations! The food couldn't have been better. The portions were abundant. The staff was a delight. Chef Brian was a pleasure to work with from planning to clean-up. ( His prior wonderful reviews and praise got inadvertently deleted.) Photo of my plate from buffet.... 5 Stars!!!
