Red Apple Catering is the BEST!!! The team, working with Rachael was hands down the easiest part of our wedding planning. Red Apple Catering catered my daughter’s bridal shower on June 1st. The food arrived right on time and was hot and delicious. I went with the gluten free chicken francese, cavatelli, meatball, and scalloped potatoes. Everyone raved about the food! Oh, where, oh where do I start with Rachael and Red Apple Catering? We hired them for our wedding this past June. To sum it up in a word, AMAZING.

Rachael was incredibly personable and professional throughout the whole experience. My husband and I didn't want the usual wedding cuisine/experience (though I'm sure it would have been just as amazing). We really wanted a more fun, carnival, picnic, BBQ vibe, and (if possible) not plated meals.

Rachael came up with a mock menu that blew us away! 3 stations with different styles of food at each (Asian, Southern, BBQ) for dinner with food that everyone loved, and those with dietary restrictions could easily find something they'd like too.

We knew we didn't want to do a traditional cake and wanted something fun and new for dessert. Her answer? Fried dough station. 10/10 recommend. What a memorable dessert for a wedding and everyone loved it!

Her staff were awesome, friendly, and accommodating. They took care of drinks, food, serving, plates, flatware, soda...

Basically, if you're wondering if you should hire Red Apple Catering for your event, hands down the answer is a resounding YES!!!

I had a last minute order for a party and needed a tray of chicken cutlets; the chef was able to turn around my order the next day. The cutlets were a huge favorite throughout the party. Deliciously breaded, crispy, cutlets with excellent customer service! Thank you Red Apple Catering!

Rachael and her team at Red Apple Catering are absolutely fantastic, I wish I could give them 10 stars! They are not only excellent at what they do food-wise, but are personable, professional, and a one-stop-shop for all things food and beverage related. We will continue to use Red Apple Catering for both small and large events, including The Savoy Gives Foundation's annual New Year's Eve Gala! They blew it out of the water at the last several events they catered for us and I cannot thank them enough for being as excellent as they are. Don't look any further - you've found your caterer!

Rachel and her staff were absolutely amazing. Rachel was such a pleasure to work with from the beginning. The food was absolutely amazing despite a very chilly rainy fall day. The food was hot and absolutely had no complaints. We had a wedding of 200 people. And they absolutely killed it. Highly recommend red Apple catering for any of your events.

Rachael was incredible to work with for our wedding dinner. She was responsive, clear, and worked with us on developing a menu that accommodated our preferences and budget. As for the food - it does not disappoint! We were very happy with the family-style dinner, which offered excellent options for a variety of dietary restrictions. A few guests told us the short rib was the best they'd ever eaten. The service staff was very friendly too. We highly recommend RAC!
