Wish we could have stayed at Red Agave for our entire trip, it was that perfect. The view of Bell Rock from our villa was breathtaking. |You can walk right onto the trails from the property, and even cross 179 right to the Bell Rock trails, big plus to not have to deal with parking. |The pool is heated and there are 2 hot tubs. The staff is so friendly, and Steve is up every morning making the grounds look fresh and clean. |The beds in the villas are very comfortable, kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you need, including coffee and filters and hot chocolate. It truly felt like a home away from home.|The Village of Oak Creek has some great places to eat and grab a coffee. |We visited between Christmas and New Years so the only downside was the traffic into Sedona was very heavy, taking double + the usual time to get into town. |Thank you Red Agave for making this our favorite stop in AZ!

Highly recommend this resort. The service was exceptional. View was stunning. Location was excellent. Sedona is so busy and traffic is horrendous, much more pleasant to stay at this resort just outside Sedona. This is closer to many of the popular hiking trails. It is extremely close to Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock, the Chapel on the hill. There are also miles of beautiful trails just outside a gate from the resort yard.
The pool and hot tub were lovely. Kitchenette was great and saved us money. We were able to sleep 5 and beds were comfortable. Price was good, place was very cute and clean. Highly recommend!

We rented out the resort for a wedding weekend and were so glad we did. For Sedona and what you're offered at Red Agave, it is an unbelievable value. First off- the views are spectacular! The grounds are immaculate and even in the winter we used the pool and hot tubs. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and think of everything. They have yard games, blankets for the fire pit, and even provide accessories to make smores. All of the rooms are very clean, stocked, up to date, and well kept. We had over 50 people stay there and there wasn't one complaint. You can hike right out your front door on different levels of trails. Everyone LOVED it there and had so many compliments about the property. Don't hesitate to book your stay here!

The experience at the Red Agave was outstanding. The view is spectacular. The staff is friendly and so welcoming(they treated us like family). The rooms are clean and quiet. The heated pool and hot tubs are wonderful, especially at night under the stars. The only thing that could use some improving is the cable TV. The screen kept on freezing for minutes at a time while watching TV.
We would still come back to the Red Agave before going anywhere else the next time we come to Sedona. We loved it !

This is a great place, with hiking/biking trails right out your front door, great rooms,kind helpful staff, fire pits, pool, hot tub. I don't think you can bear this place for its beauty, location. Not fancy but very nice and comfortable.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Red Agave. My kids, 9 and 12 loved hanging out in the courtyard and eating s’mores by the fire pit. We stayed in a chalet and it was perfect! It was clean and had everything we needed. The location was also wonderful! Highly recommend 10/10.

This has become my favorite place to stay in the area. The location is perfect for what I was looking for. There are places to eat and hike. There is a trail right outside the door that makes a loop or you can keep going. I did that hike and then walked to dinner. The room itself has a great layout. It is spacious with a small kitchen. The bed was really comfortable so it was nice to relax before I fell asleep. The lady at the front desk was really nice and helpful. I know where Im staying the next time I come to the area!!!

After years of hearing about the Red Agave near Sedona from family and friends, we finally booked our trip. We got in to town after dark to be pleasantly welcomed by the staff at the Red Agave. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub before calling it a night. We woke up the next morning to amazing views and headed out on a hike right outside our front door. We can’t say enough about the atmosphere and amenities of the Red Agave. The heated pool and hot tubs, fire with s’mores, grills and outdoor tables, updated studios and cabins, very attentive staff, and close proximity to restaurants and the natural scenery are perfect. It’s a place you want to tell everyone about…but also keep it your own little gem!
