We got so many complements on the food and the service provided for our wedding by Raul and the RC Catering staff! The food was amazing and we got a lot of complements on it (my favorite was the tortellini, YUMMM) and we of course loved it ourselves! Raul and his team were incredibly friendly and professional. RC Catering is amazing! Raul is an exceptional chef and offers an expansive menu for any occasion. I highly recommend the mashed potatoes as a side, as they are the best I've ever had!! The presentation is also great, and I appreciate that the menu is so customizable. I recommend scheduling a tasting. The partner venue, the Hidden Palace, is also run by Chef Raul now and is worth checking out!

We hosted my grandmother's 90th birthday celebration at the Hidden Palace and it was everything we dreamed of! Raul was amazing from the moment we met him, all the way to the last minute of our event. The food was amazing, the venue was clean and the decorations were perfect! The servers were on point and took really good care of us. We would certainly return again!

We recently hired RC Catering for our wedding and couldn't have been happier with how great everything turned out. Being the owner of a food truck myself, the food had to come out perfect and it did. We visited over 5 caterers before making our selection. Raul took care of decorating the buffet service area, cocktail service and getting all the tables, linens, chairs, and utensils. I think he's a one stop shop. I really can't say enough good things about them, but I would be worried myself if they got in the food truck business.

We will never forget our daughter's wedding night thanks to the staff at the Hidden Palace, they were so attentive and helpful it truely made our planning that much easier and her wedding night unbelievably unforgettable. This is the most perfect venue for a wedding! It is beautifully layed out with a nice selection of decorations. Thank You Raul and staff for making this night amazing! It was PERFECTION!
