Others beware!!!! My family and I stayed here for two nights. The rooms were clean and the people were friendly. Unfortunately, when we returned late the second night, we found our bags had been opened up and gone through. Nothing of great value was taken, just my body wash! We have stayed here in the past and have never experienced this. I've never felt so violated!

Not a bad spot for the price. The room was very clean (I actually wasn't expecting it to be as clean as it was). The satellite box was a little fussy at first but I was able to get it working by adjusting the cords in the back. They even had a mini fridge & microwave - great value for the money!

The only con was the lock on the door which felt flimsy (just a standard keyed lock you'd find on a bedroom door); no deadbolt & no chain style lock typical of these types of motels. Addition of a cheap chain lock (even if it only offers an illusion of safety) may be a wise investment.

When we checked in they did not speak English so we had to talk on the phone with their daughter. Then when we got in the room we put stuff in there and left to go eat. We received a phone call when we were done eating asking what we did to the cable box. We hadn’t even used the tv or been in the room and the man was so upset saying he banged on our door and called us and we were not responding to him. We wasn’t even there. I guess the box run all the rooms and it wasn’t working before we got there. Then at 7 am they beat on the door and took out there keys to see if we wanted towels. There is no do not disturb signs so no way to avoid that. Also it’s a 10:00 Check-out we went to turn in the key and wanted to talk to the lady about the deposit and so we rang the bell which said ring for service and no one came so we rang it again and finally a lady answered stuck her head out said “put your key in box and don’t knock or ring bell!” Then shut the door in my face! Terrible service!!!

I stayed there for 2 nights. The sheets smelled terrible and I requested the guy in the office to change them. He said they don't change the sheets regularly, but he and another older lady came and changed the sheets. They were friendly. Doors look like they been broken numerous times and they were very loose and unsecure. I would never stay there again.

If you are only looking for a place to crash for a night, it fits the bill...I was there two days before my towels were replace and the bed was not even made until 3rd or 4th day. I again had to ask for clean towels. I was there a week, bed was made once, I dont believe the sheets were ever changed, and the carpet looked like a crime scene.

I stayed here for a few months! Hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed in for the price. I’ve stayed at way worse for way more money! The place is always clean and the family that runs it is super sweet and unbelievably accommodating! I can’t give this place enough stars I swear!

A good night rest in a comfy bed and some nice folks to check in with. Very quiet and clean. Located approximately 1 Miles South from Rush Springs and 5 Miles North of Marlow. Great stay!
