Very nice park, full hook up, picnic table , and patio. Nice trees for shade, well manicured grassy areas. Would definitely stay again, if back in the area. Good rates and staff were very nice and professional. Area has great views. Park is close to town, but it is in the country.

This is not really a destination for a vacationeer. A more apt description would be "Trailer Park". We appeared to be the only non-long term people in the place. Many sites had old trailers with junk stashed underneath, wooden stairs/porches, 200 gallon propane tanks, fully insulated water lines. The trailers in the park were here for the long haul. One I noticed had plates that expired in 2018. Many sites with old trailers appeared to be empty. Very few sites had an actual tow vehicle capable of pulling the trailer or fifth wheel, instead they had passenger cars or small SUV's. Our site was basically a small gravel strip and the back of our trailer was two feet from the rear of the trailer behind us. Absolutely no wifi at our site. On the bright side, the bathrooms were clean. Two nights cost us $170 with tax.

I dont see how this place has many good views. My one month experience was something i would not want to repeat. Several pe After one month when I went to pay my bill. the management ask if I was operating my AC. that it was loud. Nights are down to below zero; I don"t think so! I checked with other campers and no one heard anything. This I suspect came from one particular employee who, for whatever reason decided he didn't like me. He told management I broke my septic which was the reason they refused to return my remaining elect deposit. How is that related They also said I stole the electric cord? I gave my credit card number when paying but management states she doesn't have it to return monies .Hey folks i will be an 84 yr .old woman soon .Is this any way to treat anyone? I ended up staying overnight in a safeway parking lot with no heat at 26 degree temp. I contacted the owner which is an L.L.C and they told management to handle it. Ha,Ha. I threaten a law suit . but with He said ,She said .I just want my deposit back and glad to be out of there.

Rancho Verde RV Park was the 97th stop for us and stayed 8 nights to see Camp Verde, Cottonwood, and Sedona. Check in was quick and the person doing it was very nice as was our site escort Shane and the rest of the staff. The park itself seems to be in a strange place as you wind through some neighborhoods and you will pass an rv resort but are located near Hwy 260. You pull into the office parking but then have to back out to get to the sites themselves – not a huge challenge. The roads are paved and the site we had had large gravel, a patio and grass – overall the park is kept very clean and has some nice shade trees. It is a smaller park with many long term residents (sites nicely maintained) and they were very welcoming. In terms of connectivity: WiFi 3.5 down/6.0 up, T-Mobile 23 down/5.0 up, Verizon 65 down/12 up. All in all, would stay here if in the area in the future.

Stayed there in April 2023. Superb service, great managers. Jim was always working on updating the spaces as people moved in and out and you can see they care a lot for their park. Lots of trees/greenery. Simple use machines for laundry. Very clean park. Completely quiet...no real traffic noise, quiet neighborhood, no partiers. Felt like home.
Only downside of the park itself was that wifi was not useable at all.

In our 6 months of full time RVing, this was the worst experience we've had with an RV park. A miscommunication took place, the result of which was we had no place to stay, no water to hook up to when we arrived, which left me very upset as I have three small children to take care of. Rather than genuinely apologize, the staff called me names, insisted I was wrong, pointed fingers in my face and refused to return my deposit. If there's a possibility that you could have a disagreement with them, they will berate you. I recommend going elsewhere. Sedona View is just up the road and they are very kind.

We spent Labor Day weekend/week here. It was an awesome experience. To say it was a holiday weekend it was truly quiet and a lot of space between neighboring sites. To say the WiFi was great is an understatement. We were able to have two kids in distance learning connect to the WiFi and I was able to successfully work from home using the resorts WiFi ALL DAY with no slowness or loss of connection. We never even had to kick on our WiFi Ranger. The only thing we did not like was the bugs but then again we are camping, so it comes with the territory. We can’t wait to return. Great close weekend get away with much cooler night weather and an amazing view of the stars.

Lovely layout and club house and pickle ball courts however loses points as no security. Partying on sites next to us at 2 am. Good store with wine and food options. And decent pool. Modern and new but security a big issue..residents in come in and use facilities and Managment not interested. Would keep us for staying here again ans
