5-stars based on: breath-taking views; delicious food; kind and welcoming front desk; fabulous wranglers getting us beginner riders up on horses and out on the trails (thanks Meeya!); Mr. Todd's archery lessons were another highlight (and we didn't even know archery was an option when we booked); the tear drop pool made for a perfect afternoon swim (warm even in December); the beds were amazingly comfortable. The ranch was easily walkable and had an intimacy and family feeling that made you feel at home even on the first day! We loved every minute. Don't miss the horses coming in and going out in the afternoon. The golfers in our family loved the golf course. And some of our group stayed in Mariacopa Suites, which were perfect places for our three generations to gather for some family games before dinner.

Ranch De Los Caballeros was AMAZING! The entire property is so well maintained and clean, all of the staff was amazing, especially the 2 guys at the Golf Course that assist with the bags & carts (I feel bad I forgot their names) They were there both days we play, greeted us at our car with the cart, and were soooo amazing and nice! The Golf Course was in perfect condition! The Club Grill had great food with an amazing view overlooking the Golf Course. The younger brunette lady at the Concierge Desk was also amazing and very helpful! Our Skeet Shooting instructor was great, it was just me and my boyfriend in the class, and we had a great time! The E-Bikes were fun to explore the property!

We had great experience at the rancho, having stayed here for just one night on our way to California. It is a tranquil and peaceful place. For those who enjoy horseback riding, it is the perfect spot. The restaurant serves superb food, and the chef does an excellent job. After days on the road with fast food, it was a culinary delight for our European stomachs 😉 The staff was very friendly. Well done!

First of all, the staff was amazing in every way. Very attentive and nice. The room was disappointing. Handle in shower for cold water was loose so it wouldn't control the output well and we got scalded a couple of times. The drain in the sink was slow so we had to frequently stop what we were doing so it would drain and we could keep getting ready. The windows were very hard to open and close, which is an issue for people with arthritis. The beds and pillows were very good. the food at all the restaurants was hit and miss. Some things were very good, but I would say about 75% was average.||The worst thing, though, was the billing. There were many charges that we didn't make on our bill. Trying to correct them was an ordeal. The staff was very nice when we tried to correct them, but it took many attempts to get them taken care of. This happened for everybody in our party, which included several rooms. pay close attention to your bill if you go here. We would've been charged several hundred extra dollars if we hadn't checked carefully.

Summary:|We had a very nice stay here and it was relaxing. The staff are friendly and the meals were tasty. We did the breakfast only plan which was fine for us. The grounds are very tranquil and relaxing. We would love to return, but will likely wait until they get some EV chargers.|Pros:|-We stayed in the Maricopa suites which are great for a family. The King size bed is comfortable. The Murphy bed was great for kids. There is ample room.|-The grounds are very pretty and it is a pleasure to walk around|-The staff are friendly and more than willing to help. They do a great job making you feel welcome.|-The Saturday night cookout was great family fun. Please consider adding vegetarian main course (Beyond burgers?).|-The restaurant for dinner is tasty. We did not go to their other restaurant (19).|-Yoga instructor was great.|-My wife loved riding and spoke highly of the ranch hands/ guides.|-Live music in Saloon was fun.|-Shuttle will take you into town and pick you up free of charge. |-They can arrange airport transportation for you from PHX. We drove and did not need, but this is nice.|-The fitness center is basic but good enough for vacation workouts.||What could Improve:|-Please get an EV charger. If you have an EV please, there is not charger. When we communicated with them prior to booking, they said they would provide an extension cord. Upon checkin, they said they had never done that before and then directed me to an outdoor outlet but I could only draw 6Amps. The only fast charger in town (Wickenburg Ford) was out of order. There are slow chargers at the gas station across the street and John was kind enough to pick me up and then take me back to my car, but be warned theses chargers are level 2 but def slow. If you have a Tesla, there are superchargers downtown. However, I think leaving the resort to charge you car is a huge negative and a time sink. For the amount they charge per night, they should get some level 2 chargers on site. If you have an EV (especially non Tesla), think twice before staying here.|-There is a lot of mixed messages from staff regarding events. Example, Wednesday night fire pit and music. We asked if we need to register and were told no. I took the kids to the fire pit and there was no music. When I asked the front desk what happened, they said nobody registered for it. Well, my kids were looking forward to it. The front desk did get me stuff to make Smores which was appreciated but still...|-Service charge - They put a 15% service charge on the room to cover services and then every bill has an additional 15% service charge as well (food, etc). Any activity also tacks on an 15% service charge. The 15% service charge on the room seems like a junk fee. Please charge whatever you need to pay staff well and get rid of this.|-More vegetarian options would be nice on the dinner menu and the lunch buffet.||||Other comments:|-There is construction so ask about if when you book your stay. We heard some trucks starting around 7am but it was not bothersome but we were also far from the construction. Some rooms may be closer.|-There is no pool service (drinks, food etc). This was fine by us but may bother some.|-We were there and it was not busy so you had to go to the golf course for lunch. No buffet.

Beautiful resort with so many fun amenities and amazing views. The staff was exceptional, friendly and helpful. The golf course was in excellent condition as well as so much fun! Horseback riding was also most enjoyable.

We stayed at RDLC for my birthday; it was superb! The food was delicious, the dining areas were neat, clean and quiet and the grounds were pristine. The highlight of our stay was watching the horses come in from their night pasture, how grandeur. Our stay was so nice, we plan to spend our 25th wedding anniversary with you.
