Terrible experience. I purchased 1 night stay 3/17/2025. After paying for the room and deposit for incidentals. (Never even entering the room). I realized that this was not a good place to be. They did reimburse mw for the room however I’m still waiting on the deposit. They have told me for 2 weeks that the deposit was reversed and it’s up toy bank. I called the bank. And they assured me that Ramada has not released those funds. I have continued to reach out to them and they will not return my phone calls my emails (they only answer my phone calls when I call from a number other than my own. I have talked to corporate. They apparently can’t do anything they advised me to call the local authorities. I guess that’s my next step. Seeings how I have still not been reimbursed that deposit. I can’t say anything about the rooms as I never went to my room. However I can tell you, I felt extremely unsafe and uncomfortable. For my brief visit to the front desk and the parking lot. Now to make matters even better they are not returning my money or my calls. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!

Our flight was canceled due to snow in New Orleans. Feeling desperate, we booked a night at this hotel. Atlanta also had snow. The website boasted- free breakfast, a bar, a pool, jacuzzi, laundromat. When we get there- no breakfast at all, no bar. We didn’t look for anything else. We were told by gentleman at front desk that they hadn’t had a bar or breakfast since he had been there. This was not weather related! We booked a king bed and are informed at front desk that they only had two doubles. When we get to our room, it is frickin’ cold and there is no real comforter. We had to take bedding from unused queen. The heater didn’t finally warm the room for hours! Things really outdated and big stain on ceiling above our bed. One of two elevators was out of order. Working elevator, the door opened jerky and floor tiles cracked up. I seriously considered finding the stairs to our 6th floor room! What was good? The two gentlemen who checked us in. They were super nice and one offered to give us his personal beer ‘from upstairs’. Does he live there? I did see a security car in parking lot. I don’t remember ever staying in a worse place in the US- and it was called a Ramada.

1 elevator was out of service for our stay. 1 room's for had been propped open so I was concerned for our safety upon entering. Management fixed the door handle and said it was fine 🙂 . The overall feel of this location is dirty. Wallpaper is peeling, carpet needs to be replaced, bedding is old, bathrooms and rooms need a deep clean.
Due to price, I asked to extend my stay by 1 night until my place was ready, and the front desk said I would have to pay an additional incidentals deposit though we had not damaged anything. We literally was there long enough to go to sleep and shower.
I will not stay at this location again.

What A Dump!!!
I’m trying to figure out how this place got is a three star hotel. the bathroom was clean, but the room itself was not up to par. The lamp so hard to turn on. They are from another century. the furniture was dirty. probably, the most decent thing was the TV. The owners apparently do not want to put any money into this hotel.. but trust me it should not get 3 stars maybe 2. don’t waste your time with money… the $58 a night I paid for the one nightwas not worth it.. it is though very close to the airport. And like most hotel these days, the weed smell was all over.

We booked the hotel for the breakfast, shuttle, pool and proximity to the airport. Rooms are outdated but ok. Beds are reasonably comfortable.

One elevator is broken.

The outlets for charging phones are sparse and you often have to unplug a lamp or move the bed to access one. Some of the outlets are missing covers so try not to touch the wires.

Both pools are out of service.

The photos of breakfast shown on their Google page is a lie. There is no breakfast.

The shuttle broke down after we arrived. Although it's difficult to figure that out if you are trying to call from the airport for the shuttle to come get you since the front desk rarely answers the phone. Literally 1/10 tries to get someone on the phone. We ended up spending about $60 more than intended to pay for Uber to and from the airport (we also used the train at the airport to get to other locations).

The front desk suggested taking problems up with the hotel booking site even though the hotel was booked through their site. They claimed it's a Wyndham problem and not their problem.

Deplorable filthy conditions! Please stay elsewhere! Broken furniture, filthy rugs and sticky bathroom floor. Mold and rust. Left us half full used cream, shampoo. Horrible stench! Slept with shoes and socks on. Not one vending machine for a snack or water but one moldy ice machine on 4th floor. As we were stranded in Atlanta because of storms we wanted to stay close to the airport, pleas to Ramada for assistance fell on deaf ears.

If I could give -0 stars I absolutely would if you’re looking for cheap airport parking go to jiffy. If you’re looking for somewhere to sleep you’re better off sleeping in your car. These people are unprofessional. Shuttle is not reliable they’ll leave you to figure it out yourself if they’re not running. They do not issue refunds the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been too.

Room was nice and spacious, quiet too. Will I come back, yes? Price reasonable. Staff at front desk, professional, courteous and kind. Thank you for making this a enjoyable stay.
