This is a beautiful hotel and very affordable. Our room was large and clean, and very modern. Had plenty of electrical plugs to charge our devices. The coffee/hot chocolate machine and fresh ice water in the lobby was very nice. We felt very safe.

It’s a nice stay especially if you have pets. Rooms can use some updates and a deep clean. There was stuff splattered on the walls that looked like blood. Hair and lint on the floor and in the restroom.

They need to keep the coffee available in the lobby past 10 a.m. There is a restaurant on site so I understand why they dont provide breakfast type foods. But the coffee is the room is barely adequate for two people. Why not keep the pot in the lobby available at least until noon?

Great place to stay with pool and spa. Friendly helpful staff. Clean spacious rooms. Even have walk in showers for disabled guests. Will return again even in holiday seasons as we had great rate for 2 nights. $ 203 dollars including resort fees on Thanksgiving Day Holiday.

A great economy option for families. We had the spacious studio with three queen beds for our 3 teenagers, 2 adults, and 2 dogs. The spa was open until 10 pm and the location is conveniently located for Grand Canyon excursions. Hot coffee and actual temperature control and good water pressure. And the beds were comfortable too!

Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean except for carpet had some staining but not horrible. Pool and hot tub very well kept. Close to everything. Only thing was you had to ask for clean towels, and toiletries daily. I would stay here again. Williams is a fun, little town.

This was a VERY welcome rest haven after coming from Dudley Bluffs CO in ONE DAY. I was BEAT. Got an upsell with no additional charge because someone wanted to switch rooms and I didn't complain. I even arrived over an hour of when I said I would, and this seemed to be a non issue as a very large group was checking in anyway. I happened to let them know I was there while they were checking in the last few guests in their group.

Sometimes being in line behind a touring group checking in isn't all bad! I asked the clerk on duty about parking where the other bikes were and she told me it was okay and out of the way of people needing to check in and deal with luggage. I can't remember the name of the young lass! That's what I get for waiting so long to write a review, but what a courteous professional she was!

Out of all the lodging areas I could have stayed at, this one by far was the most pleasant! Super accommodating in every way. I would have gladly paid what I paid in furnace creek! If I go through this area again, I'll stay here. Full stop.

Very nice staff. Coffee and other hot beverages available for free, along with ice cold water. Huge indoor pool and jacuzzi. Exercise room. Our room was quiet, but a bit dated. Chairs old and worn out, carpet oldish looking. Grout in bathroom tile needs to be redone. Bed and pillows were awesome. No free breakfast, but lots of places around to eat at and an on-site restaurant. Pet friendly and pretty clean, just needs minor updates to keep it nice looking.
