It started out ok. They were nice about our late check in. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was great. We didn’t spend much time in the room the first day so nothing was unusual.

Then we discovered the ROACH issue in the bathroom. There were small one on the sink and larger ones on the floor/tub. It was late and we were checking out the next morning so we just dealt with it. Our friends in the same hotel had the same problem. They moved rooms and it didn’t solve anything.

I would never return.

Edit 12/9: Ramada reached out to me with a very nice email after I reported a billing issue. They apologized for the billing mistake and the pests and refunded me a night. It was a very nice and personal email, not robotic, and felt sincere. Their property may not be amazing, but the Customer Service is making up for it. I appreciate Kaila reaching out.

The breakfast food is great, and the workers are very friendly! I just give 2 stars for the fact that the rooms and bathrooms are in horrible conditions! Gross!!! Need a deep clean, some bleach and detergent in that bathtub! I felt bad washing my toddler in there but had no option after a long drive!

This hotel was simply appalling, the corridors were filthy. The rooms were dirty. The general decor was terrible. How anyone can give this a review of 5 out of 5 is completely astonishing. We stayed two nights we had no room service no clean towels no shower gel lost for words.

The whole hotel needs major updating on the outside and in the room(s)... Clean sheets and room, but very dated. Awesome hot breakfast, but it needs gravy! Lol.

The staff here is really nice and the breakfast here is better than literally any business hotel I have ever stayed at.

I've stayed here twice now in a 7 year span and both times the staff was super understanding and helpful of our situation because another hotel we booked was filled with ants we had to find somewhere else for all of us to stay. ❤️🙏🏾

This literally the only Ramada I like 😅

Rooms are a bit dated, however...
Room was clean, the A/C worked great! We had a patio room that looked out to the pool with a sliding door. There is plenty of 18 wheeler parking, and not only pet friendly, but cat friendly too! Check in was a breeze and front desk ladies were nice. Went to breakfast our 1st day..Standard waffles, fried potatoes, scrambled eggs, sausage links (very tasty!!), breads, cereals, coffee and juices. We actually look forward to coming back to Tucson and staying here. The bar there opens at 5pm and Oliver the bartender was pretty funny. Centrally located but not a whole lot to eat nearby, so I recommend a car rental if not local (Try Turo!)
