Hotel needs some work. Wood ramp is falling apart, basement and hallways is grungy and dark. Carpet is dark. Toilets are low and round not normal 17 inches and elliptical. But they have potential to be a nice hotel. Staff was very nice.

This is the worst hotel, smells like cigarettes, marijuana, and bad cologne!! 🤮
The rooms have a stinky odor and is very dirty! To find the indoor pool was like walking through a maze and the hot tub had no water and out of service… I stayed 4 hours and cancelled my reservation for a refund!

Our room was very clean. We thought it was recently renovated, that is how new the carpeting and furniture looked. According to the front desk person, it had been renovated a few years before and they like to keep up on the housekeeping. The breakfast was okay, nothing to write home about. My family really enjoyed our stay though.

The hotel is in bad shape. Dirty with strangle odors. Saying it’s something out of a horror move is very fitting. My daughter stated the hotel is “no preppy” and the pool is very shallow

DO NOT GO HERE. I booked this stay a month before I planned to go down. When I arrived and went to my room, the sheets were DIRTY, like crumbled leaves on it.
I went to the front to ask for new sheets and the manager made me SHOW HIM, as if I were lying. He followed me to my room and then reluctantly brought me new sheets to put on by myself.
I got a terrible feeling and told him I will not be staying there, where he proceeded to tell me that they never rent out that room, and that it is rarely cleaned. I left and got a refund.

Our room was pretty clean for the most part. Hallways were dark, and elevators were dirty. Service was ok. I only saw 1 cleaning lady on the floor per day, I think they keep the rooms clean enough, but I don't think they clean the hallways and common areas enough.

Regardless, this was the cheapest stay we could find driving distance to mystic. And we did not have any major problems. The shower worked fine, the beds were comfortable enough, the included breakfast on the weekends was decent, and it helped overall $. It was mostly quiet and there was always plenty of parking.

A major plus for us was the Indian restaurant attached. We are big Indian food fans so of corse we stopped in to eat and it was all very good.

We also enjoyed the pool. Although it wasn't very deep, it was clean and pleasant to swim in.

I would stay here again but would feel more comfortable if they upgraded the lighting in the hallway and spiffed up the elevator. A few lights on the elevator buttons didn't work, but the elevator itself worked fine.

There are also vending machines and a laundry room available.

This place could be great but needs attention

Only saw 1 employee during our 3 day stay , and it took me 10mins to find him when the only ice machine on property was not working , and then had to prove to him it wasn’t before he was willing to do something about it

The halls are dark and dimly lit but in descent condition

The room itself wasn’t bad for the price but needed some work. Electrical outlet covers broken , improperly installed fixtures etc

NONE of the 4 AC outlets built into the headrest worked , nor did the usb outlets .

But on a positive note the room and bathroom was spacious and kept clean

The listing for this hotel says breakfast is included but the only thing we found was A very small and simple coffee machine and suppplies hidden down a. Hallway behind the lobby.

There is a Indian cuisine restaurant attached to the hotel but we didn’t see it open or visit it

But there is a Walmart literally across the street and several other fast food and convienice stores close as well as SUPER easy on and off to rt 95

The hotel seems nothing more than a way to make a quick buck without a care for customers. The hot tube they advertise is still broke, looks like it’s been down for over 2 years. Huge stains on the couch. Shower curtain falling down. No one told us that you had to request room service the day prior, we asked if we could at least get towels and they said they didn’t have any. The room is falling apart with cracks in the bathroom floor and walls separating from counter tops. Even something as simple as replacing a broken $20 coffee maker. The coffee maker in the room has the wrong filter holder and the replacement one doesn’t fit so you have to hold it up to make coffee. We have been in a lot of hotel rooms and this is the worst so far.
