Staff was pretty much friendly for the most part. I had to engage them in conversation. Room was clean. Nice bed & pillows. Everything worked. Not many channels on the TV
Close to some great restaurants and shopping
Pool has hot tub were great. Area needed some housekeeping. Lots of towels piled up and none clean. Had to get from front desk
The free breakfast was not up to par. No plates. Messy area. Food was low. Needed a lot of attention but did not receive it.
It was pretty quiet even by the main door.
I’ve stayed here four times over the years and will return again

Stay here a couple times a month. Ed is great and always makes sure we are taken care of. Beds are extremely comfortable. Love the mini fridge in the rooms. Don't recommend breakfast. Went down at 8 am this morning and there was no food but there was a lady sitting there that said she was friends with the manager and she had a huge plate of food. A family of 4 walked in behind us and asked about breakfast and the cook told him that's all he had.

Hotel is ok but could be cleaned a little bit better. Don’t buy there ice cream out of there freezer cause it doesn’t keep it cold so everything is thawed. If you have to check out before 8.30 am plan on waiting a while for the hostess to get there cause she won’t show up till 8.30 or later.

We looked around the room for 5-10 minutes and left. Checked into a Hampton down the road and called Ramada to let them know. No refund. Never again. The people at the front desk were friendly enough. The room was disgusting. There were 5 cups in the bathroom for water/coffee, none of them were wrapped. Pretty sure that is a health code violation. The bed was lumpy, we did not venture to pull back the covers. There was no sheer window covering, just the blackout curtain so you either had blackout conditions or natural light but no privacy.

We wanted a room with a hot tub for valentine's weekend. We stayed here befroe and the hot tub worked fine. This time, we noticed right away it didnt work. And after hours of asking for help they finally reset the breaker but still did not start heating up. When we checked out we asked for credit, you know, since the hot tub in the hot tub room didn't work. Manager said nope we gotta keep the room at the rate it's set at. Doesn't make any sense and we won't be back.

The pictures are edited and misleading to look better. There was dried animal crap on the floor! Stained, gross bedding. Bad smelling rooms and hallways. Disgusting pool that had huge chunks of chemicals(white chunks) floating in it there wasnt one clear inch of water it was really alarming. Crappy breakfast that they say is served till 9:30 on their site but there was not enough food left for a family of 4 at 9am. They only give you up to 2 free vouchers for breakfast even if you have 4 people, and don't advertise that correctly they just say 'free breakfast'. So we paid $10 and there was a tiny bit of scraps left and one biscuit, no bowls for cereal, only one option of cereal anyway, and the cups for the waffle batter were all used and stacked on top of each other and there were no new cups. So we walked right back out without eating anything and asked for our money back. She said she would refund it and never did. The guy that cooks got really defensive even though I wasn't trying to argue or anything just wanted my money back so we could go get the kids fed elsewhere. The food looked gross anyway. The grounds are dirty and have trash all over them. They only give you 2 towels for 4 people. The coffee maker is in the bathroom near the toilet. The wifi sucked and we had to use our hotspots. It was just terrible.

There was only one employee the whole stay that was very professional and nice she had blonde short hair and was wearing a mask, and the only other good thing was the fact that they had a decent sized mini fridge, and working microwave and a/c. Thats it.

We had issues finding you last night. But super friendly front desk gal, she was filling in. But we got room key and at 1:30am we walked in on a guy sleeping!! Room was occupied😒 got new room. Finally asleep about 2:45am and the dang Ramada app woke us at 8am to start online checkout. Not Cool!!! And restaurant was not open this morning so no breakfast!! Do Better

The heated pool was ice cold. All vending machines were all out of order as well as the ice machines. There was something that looked like blood on the wall in the room. The air conditioner in the room only got a temperature down to 89. There were children running up and the halls yelling late at night. A lamp shade was broken and dangling. There was a musty smell throughout. The breakfast was good, the staff were nice and helpful, and the beds and pillows were great. I will not be returning nor recommending.
