Excellent location. Gated entry and an awesome gate/security attendee, Michael. Walking distance to many restaurants and London Bridge Resort. Conveniently located next to Rotary Park. Beautiful view of the golf course and water. Highly recommended!

We rent out one of the condos here at least 4 times a year. All the condos we stay in are kept very clean and have beautiful panoramic view of the golf course, lake havasu, and the red mountains. It is so peaceful and gorgeous here that it is a great weekend getaway and party destination.||||These are condo rentals, so I wouldn't expect a full-service hotel experience. However, the property is always maintained very nicely. It is close enough to the "channel" to be convenient, but far enough away to be peaceful. It is also close to a bunch of chain restaurants like red robin and shogun, but there is an amazing Mex restaurant (Casa Serrano), a good micro-brewery (Mudsharks), and a cinema all across the street. Also, all the nightlife is within walking distance. The location of this place is simply the best in town.||||The condos we have stayed in here have all been clean and fully stocked. The kitchens have had everything we have needed and more. The AC is amazing in these places, it will keep the room at 60F when it is 110F outside, if you want it that cold.||||One of the best parts of this place is the huge pool and two Jacuzzis. The pool area is really nice and has a backdrop view of the blue skies against the red mountains. It is a great place to get some sun because the area is hit by the sun all day. It also has two Webber BBQs and tables for guests to use.||||I noticed that some reviewers have had trouble with their bookings... I think there are many booking agents representing all the different condo owners in Queens Bay. I have always booked through Femmi Green (she has an office just down the road a little next to the surf shop). I have never had an issue with my booking, the prices have always been great and there have never been any un-expected charges. I think this is her office number: 9285057756. I'm sure other agents are good too, but I trust Femmi now.

I do NOT recommend this resort. For $1900 a month one would certainly expect a clean living quarters. The blinds were broken, toilet in MB did not work. Owners obviously have not updated or even kept it clean and working. Yes, the view and area are nice. One of the “rules” is that no visitors may use the pool or spa. REALLY? So you have a 2 bedroom condo but no one visiting you can use the pool and spa. And we were told well, if you wanted a remodeled condo, it’s another $1,000.
High price, no quality. THUMBS DOWN.

Only spent a week but will be returning. The accommodations were excellent but not as good as the people we met. Everyone was amazing, inviting us to all their activities such as the condo crawl, wine tasting and the group hiking. As far as location, it was wonderful. Great views, close to the restaurants etc. Or an easy walk downtown on McCulloch which is the gathering spot every thurs. for the car show / parade. Right next to a great little par 3 golf course and the channel.||Not a young persons party spot but great for us empty nesters.||We will return

Beautiful views, and convenience to everything! Located in a gated community. Parking under shelter so there is no burning hot interiors next time you want to drive. However, driving truly isn't necessary if you are able to walk. Good food, fast food, walking paths, beaches, golf, water sport rental, ice cream, shops, and bars. The London Bridge is steps away too. A grocery store is just up the hill. You can stock your FULL kitchen of your condo. Our family rented 2 condos on the lake view side. Both different in decor but beautiful and comfortable. Both had balconies overlooking the golf course, lake, channel, and mountains. Gorgeous. The common space (pool, lobby, patio) phenomenal! Pool is open perfect hrs., is the right temp, right size & shape, with change lights at night. Hot tubs(2)are integrated. Patio features grills(2) and outdoor heaters for chilly nights. Lobby has books, magazines to borrow, windows all around, tables, chairs, & comfortable furniture to relax. Take a look at other places around. You will see you've made the best choice by coming "home" to Queens Bay.

As a family, we have been coming to Lake Havasu for many years. Originally, we camped out on the lake (we have a boat), but eventually, the family tired of camping and decided to start staying in a hotel or something. We tried several hotels in Havasu and then found the Queens Bay condos. What a treat! The prices are somewhat higher than a hotel, but full size kitchen, 2 bathrooms (with 2 daughters!), 2 bedrooms and a view - what more can a family ask. We love both the golf course view and the channel view units, although we have a few favorites. Love being able to eat in or eat out, taking a shower after a long day in the sun (a luxury we didn't have while camping) is heaven, plus there is the pool and jacuzzi. Parking is secured and they have parking for boat and trailer as well.

Queens bay resort is located very close to the London Bridge and the Riverwalk. Most of the condos are individually owned and updates and amenities vary from condo to condo. The one we rented was very nice. We had a view from our balcony of the London Bridge. it was a short walk to restaurants and the jet-ski and boat rentals. The pool was beautiful and the perfect temperature.
