Beautiful Inn! Super location close to Route 66 Williams, AZ downtown. Beautiful, short drive into Grand Canyon South Rim from the Inn. Found the bed to be a bit uncomfortable but the jacuzzi tub was awesome! Super service and communication with owner. Recommend!

Love this place. Rented out the lodge for the weekend for the polar express. The lodge was beautiful very well kept, had everything we needed for our stay, huge living area and accommodated 4 families easily with plenty of room to spare. Plenty of parking and rooms. Quick easy check in, very well priced. Less than a couple of minutes from the train depot and bearizona. About an hour away from the Grand Canyon. Would definitely recommend.

First of all Matthew was the nicest person to talk to! He was helpful, kind and very informative. The room was great! We could see the grand canyon train and the atmosphere was fantastic. The second night we were here people stayed in lodge, which was right above our room. The people were there were so loud, we couldn't even have a conversation. They had a bunch of kids and walked like they had 20 lb weights on their feet. This is not the fault of the property owners, but if you are looking for quiet, you won't find it if people are up there. We can hear their conversations and the kids fighting. Not sure I would stay here again. It wasnt very relaxing.

Such a cute place to stay in Williams. If you are needing a place to rest your head before/after you visit the Grand Canyon- I highly recommend. It has beautiful views and is just a short drive to downtown Williams. Cozy and lovely. I canโ€™t recommend enough.

Very homie and cozy stay at the Heather room. Bed was comfortable, and a heater that worked well. Nice bathroom with shampoo and conditioner included. Only down sides are that the TV remote had dead batteries and I was forced to watch the HGTV channel for 3 nights. Also, the tub was too small for tall people, and I'm really not sure why there is a key to the back door, because it only opens the screen door and not the main wooden back door. I called the manager about the batteries, but he suggested I change them. This establishment should have these small things taken care of so that customers can focus on relaxing and enjoying the time at the inn.

We rented the entire lodge and inn for my parents 50th anniversary. Everyone in our large group was happy with the facility, from 74 years old to 13 years old. There was space for everyone! The well thought out details were amazing! They had everything, games, dvds, markers, nothing was lacking. Beautiful porches and outdoor space. We would highly recommend staying here.

Please listen to Kaleido Kim's review...the exact same thing happened to us; there were 2 families w/ young children staying in the lodge DIRECTLY above our rooms and they woke us up at 6:30 am every morning running, squealing, doing what kids do - and the adults partied until late at night. And unlike a hotel where you can change rooms, there was no place to go..Also, there is NO privacy in the downstairs inn rooms - you share a common space, including the coffee maker/fridge/fireplace with the other rooms. So you are making coffee in the morning in your bathrobe with strangers....we will never stay here again.
