Location was convenient to where we needed to be and the staff was very nice!

Every single evening the hotel would completely STRONGLY smell like marijuana, which I really disliked especially because we had our kids with us! The sofa that turned into a bed was about the size of a twin bed and the mattress was very old and extremely uncomfortable, you could feel the springs in. We were on the 2nd floor, and whoever was in the room above us we could hear 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed in the morning around 5:00-6:00 a.m walking around from the floors creaking. The floors in our room felt very grimy/sticky like they hadn’t been mopped in quite a while so we had to make sure and wear shoes at all times. Some of the walls in our room were rough looking and needing some TLC.

Wasn’t the worst place but our next trip to Maumelle, we will not return to here and try a different hotel unfortunately.

The hotel is nice and decently maintained. The beds are nothing special but not horrible, and the pillows are TINY and lumpy. The bathroom was very nice. Breakfast was simple but good. Pet friendly is a plus.

The cleanliness is a zero, there's a musky smell as you walk in the building. There was makeup on one of my pillows, trash and food under the couch, hair everywhere, and the floors were dirty. The phone didn't work, the jets didn't work on the bathtub, Wi-Fi is open to whoever wants to connect so it isn't secure, and the side door doesn't lock so anyone can get in the building without having a key. For paying $110 for 1 night this was not worth the stay. I have been working in hospitality for a very long time, this is very much unacceptable especially for the price!! The location isn't grand either I don't understand why it was so expensive, the waffle house next door wasn't great either. If I knew then what I know now we wouldn't have stayed here.

People coming and going. All night, drug, dealsThe staff wasn't much better during day!so uncomfortable! WARNING!

I think it depends on what room you get. We had three different rooms all together and my brother's family nor my parents, had any issues with their rooms. Our room had a musty smell as soon as we entered, and you could tell the AC was struggling a bit. (Come to find out, our AC wouldn't lower the temperature, but the other two rooms within our party would.) There was hair on our towels, and someone left their makeup behind in between the wall and the suitcase stand. You could tell it wasn't cleaned very thoroughly. Any clothes/items that we had sitting on the couch ended up smelling of cat pee. (We do not have any pets) Our bathroom did not have any hot water unless you could wait 25 minutes (not an exaggeration) for your shower. The breakfast was alright, nothing to write home about. The staff was kind during any interaction we had with them. The pool was great, seriously the best part of our stay here was getting to play in the pool with the kids. Very convenient location right off the interstate. It'll do for just a quick stay if you're needing some sleep, but I wouldn't stay here for very long.

Booked this hotel on priceline during a roadtrip. We checked in then went and got food. We went to our room and started eating, and cockroaches came out of the phone and from under the desk. We immediately left and demanded a refund which we got and went on our way. Quality suites never again. Room #206

The rooms were clean & well laid out. We were there 2 nights & having the couch area was a life saver!!
The breakfast was tasty as well. If I were ever back in the area I would stay again
